CX Milan Bicocca

1. The check-in front desk was friendly and well-mannered. 2. The breakfast was a complete mess. The plates were dirty, and guests were served moldy cherry tomatoes. For a 10 euro breakfast, guests were only allowed to order one coffee; no self-service milk was available. Bugs were flying around in the cereal bottles. The croissants provided were small and unfilled. The fillings were good quality and presented, so they had to be ordered a la carte. There was a half-black waiter in the restaurant bar who was always so mean. 3. Checking out at 11:00 am. Other hotels offer late check-outs until 2:00 pm, but this one charged 37 euros for late check-out. Overall, the front desk staff was nice and the location was great, but the breakfast was terrible. I also saw people being charged for a second coffee, which was outrageous! Choose this hotel and don't buy breakfast. You can eat anywhere for 10 euros!

Für den Preis ein Absolut zu Empfehlendes Hotel. Ich hatte einen Duplex Room, der sensationell groß Isar. Alles sehr sauber und nagelneu. Insgesamt merkt man dass sie beim Bau billige materialen genommen haben. In ein paar Jahren wird man das bemerken.

兩年前就在杜林住過同品牌的飯店，前台非常熱情，這次來米蘭依舊選擇CX，非常喜歡這裡的氛圍和環境，希望可以一直保持這樣的水準。

It was clean and quite spacious, which was nice. There was plenty of room even with the carrier unfolded, so we were able to stretch out comfortably. They also clean the rooms. Don't expect amenities. The building is next to the university, and the lower floors are student dormitories. As a result, the students at the bar on the first floor are a bit noisy every night. If you stay in your room it's not a problem at all. There's also a supermarket nearby, so it's easy to buy water, etc., but it's about a 30-minute bus ride from the center of Milan. I'd like to use this again when staying with multiple people!

I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. The TV fell off, the air conditioner was broken, the shower in the room was broken, and the door locks were broken. The safety issue could not be guaranteed. The cleaning lady pushed the door open at 8 or 9 o'clock every morning without knocking at all! ! ! ! It was a very bad experience. Don't stay here.
