I booked a hotel for five nights and paid in full. The flight was delayed and I arrived two days late. I checked in at 2 a.m. and was told that the room was full. In fact, they had sold my room and there was no room left. I had no choice but to sit in the lobby and wait until dawn to check in. As a result, the security guards did not allow me to stay in the lobby and drove me away. I wandered the streets of Milan in the middle of the night and took a taxi to the central railway station. During the design week, all hotels were full. I asked if there were five hotels, and finally one hotel was available. It was already past 4 a.m. when I checked in. I got up at noon and went to the hotel to check in. Finally, there was a room, so they checked me in. During this period, I called Ctrip to ask for a refund, but the hotel refused to refund. Ctrip customer service was very friendly throughout the call.

I really liked the hotel, the room is big, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The room is clean. I liked the internal park, it was quiet and suggestive. Getting to the hotel is not difficult, transport is regular. The chip card did not work several times, but the problem was solved quickly at check-in. The staff was understanding, smiling and warm. It is not far from everyone. You can go to Duomo and Navigli with a single tram.
