Always take that hotel. I could say, for ages) It's still clean and good location. But may be, it start require more perfection, to improve in details. But special thanks to Elena, she is always highly professional and helpful.

For two people. It's what we call a business hotel in Japan. There's nothing particularly noteworthy about it, but it's about 5 minutes from Milan Central Station, and it's a chain hotel, so I think it's safe to use. There are restaurants nearby, so we had no trouble staying there.

It was so noisy all night that I became really sensitive on the third day. The hotel is located on a street with restaurants and bars, so it was very noisy. The staff were friendly and nice. There is another B&B right next to the station, so that one is better in terms of location.

We booked a twin beds room on Trip.com but were told that it was fully booked. We were given a king-size bed room with a cup. It was a very bad experience. We contacted Trip.com to protect our rights and finally left the hotel.

Terrible, I will never stay at a B&B again, this is the second time the same thing has happened to me. I wanted to take a shower at 00:30 at night after walking all day and the hot water didn't work, not even the heating, they have it set to 23 degrees and on top of that there was no heat at all, terrible!
