Terrible experience with the reception of this apartment who did not have the decency to communicate the time and methods of check-out (a fundamental part of the work of a receptionist) and indeed when returning the keys he tried to find excuses to justify such inappropriate and truly unprofessional behavior by saying that the methods had been sent to me via WhatsApp when on the aforementioned message there were only the methods of opening the apartment door without any information regarding check out. Furthermore, even the cleaning lady who, when she came to clean the room, found us still inside, said that it was not the first time that the reception did not communicate the check-out time to the guests, therefore she was also a witness to this inability. In fact, in the end the "reception" added a supplement of €50 to be paid for the late check-out time (thanks to THEIR deception and lack of professionalism). In my opinion, those who do this job should know how to do their job and know how to respect their duties without trying to deceive guests by failing to communicate this important information.
