Family-friendly Hotels in Milan

Excellent location, Nice looking hotel, very dark in the lobby though. Room lovely, big and clean but extremely noisy, we both had to check as it actually sounded like a window was open but it wasn’t it was closed, so disturbed sleep . Shower was weak in pressure. Style over use, the sink taps are extremely difficult to use if wet soapy hands. The toilet flush was constantly flowing so noisy. No English to at all available except news. No timer working on the tv which is a huge issue for me as I fall asleep with the tv on. Tea/coffee services ok but only 1 useable tea as we only drink breakfast tea, the other offers were fruit/herbal tea. If we wanted more it would be €2 each tea bag and no milk available only a creams. I asked them to swop the unusable tea for the tea we drink and I never got a response or replied, basically just ignored.

This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Milan! Its location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Milan Centrale, and you can spot its stylish and outstanding exterior as soon as you exit the station. I felt extremely safe staying here, thanks to the 24/7 security guards both inside and outside the hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even answering my midnight call for a request. The hotel’s bar offers a great selection of affordable drinks in a cozy atmosphere. My room was perfect, with a warm shower system and a pillow menu to customize my comfort. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A very cost-effective hotel, unexpectedly good. The design of the hotel is very good, the color combination is very comfortable, and all the staff are very enthusiastic. The location is very good. Turn left when you go out and you will find Piazza del Duomo in Milan. You can walk to the Luxury Plaza in 10-15 minutes. There is a restaurant just outside the hotel downstairs. Come to Milan and book it.

The room is very modern and convenient, and the hotel will use social software to communicate in advance. The hotel is a 3-minute walk from Milan Cathedral, 2 minutes from the arcade, and 3 minutes from the subway station. The location is very good. Not noisy at all at night.

Pros: 10 minutes walk from the central station, there are supermarkets and French and Chinese restaurants nearby, very convenient. The front desk staff is very friendly. The room is not big, barely enough to put two suitcases. There is a safe in the room. Cons: The fillings in the quilt are all clumped together, but the other bedding is good. The refrigerator does not work at all and becomes room temperature, causing the milk and fruit I put in the refrigerator to go bad.

It is quite close to the subway station. Although it is not in the city center, the transportation is quite convenient. The hotel key is very unique but very heavy and inconvenient to carry. I ate the hotel's pizza. The dough is very thick and there is little stuff. The price is not cheap. I don't recommend it.

Hygiene: Bath towels are not white enough, hard and thin, and the shower is operated in the bathtub, which is a risk of falling, which is not conducive to older guests. Very nice hotel. New, beautiful view of the park from the window. Clean and comfortable rooms. Quality breakfast. One strange thing - there is a balcony outside the window, but there is no door there)) The metro with a direct line to the center is a 3-minute walk. There are many shops and restaurants around. We enjoyed our stay.
