The room is clean and hygienic, and the overall quality is good. It is very close to the cathedral, and it takes only five minutes to walk to the cathedral. The commercial street is next to the cathedral, which is very convenient, and the breakfast environment is also good.

Excellent location, Nice looking hotel, very dark in the lobby though. Room lovely, big and clean but extremely noisy, we both had to check as it actually sounded like a window was open but it wasn’t it was closed, so disturbed sleep . Shower was weak in pressure. Style over use, the sink taps are extremely difficult to use if wet soapy hands. The toilet flush was constantly flowing so noisy. No English to at all available except news. No timer working on the tv which is a huge issue for me as I fall asleep with the tv on. Tea/coffee services ok but only 1 useable tea as we only drink breakfast tea, the other offers were fruit/herbal tea. If we wanted more it would be €2 each tea bag and no milk available only a creams. I asked them to swop the unusable tea for the tea we drink and I never got a response or replied, basically just ignored.

We travelled in Milan for 3 days and we stayed at this hotel. The amenities were good, and the room would be cleaned every day. The only shortage was that the wifi in the room was very slow. I recommend to reach the hotel by regional train rather than metro, since the metro station is far from the hotel.

The rooms are very old and the furniture very worn. The bedside tables have no socket to be able to charge the mobile phone which can be charged in a socket at the back of the room and very far from the bed. The breakfast is served by the hotel staffs so cannot be called buffet breakfast. But one of the good thing is, hotel located at Duomo, very convenient.

I stayed one night in a single and I was impressed! The hotel has old fashioned features mixed with modern convenience- a trouser press! I had slippers, stationary, a dental kit, and free snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. It was very clean, comfortable. I hesitated in staying in a single bed but couldn’t rationalize paying double for a double and I am glad I did. The single is larger than a standard and was very comfortable. The location is amazing- steps away from the Duomo. The breakfast is good. I would gladly stay here again

The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the nearest station. Parking was complimentary too. We enjoyed the fruits, cakes and pastries during breakfast. Upon arrival, we gave feedback that the bathroom sink was choked and not fast flowing. It was rectified very quickly. There is also a small supermarket conveniently located across the hotel.

The toilet was broken. The room I booked is supposed to be with a balcony, which shown in the pics when I booked. I was arranged to first floor room 138. You can hear all the sounds from the outside street. As a female, I couldn’t able to open window and curtain. If you do, ppl walking on the street could see everything in the room. As everyone knows, it locates in the Milan central station which is not safe either. I don’t know whether it was because I’m from Asia , they think it’s okay to arrange this room that supposed to be under repair to me. They shouldn’t arrange any under repair room to any guest, it’s not professional and unthoughtful. They just want to make revenue. I didn’t complain, as I just booked for a night.if you don’t satisfied with room , use your right to ask them change the room

The location is wonderful inside the galleria with all the top brands, we could see from our windows the interior of the galleria. The building itself is old but the rooms are renovated as you can see from photos.

The bathroom was clean and there was one in the room and one in the hallway, which was nice They were friendly and I was able to check in early You can take the tram to Milan Duomo and the central station, and you can walk around Duomo There is a shelf above the bed, and you can plug in the charger cord and USB cable, and the mattress is pretty firm so it's good They gave me a personal locker key, and the space was good enough to open my suitcase There is also an elevator lol You have to open and close the door manually But it's a little cold ㅠㅠ But there is a heater in the room

Lovely hotel with great location, perfect for solo travelers. In walking distance from Chinatown. Bus/tram station right in front of the hotel and subway station in 3-5 minutes on foot. The staff was really very kind. When we arrived, the room wasn't ready yet and the girl at the reception, I remember her name was Serena, gave us two notes to sit at the bar and have a coffee offered by them. Once we went up to the room, I had the pleasure of finding a postcard written especially for me to wish me a fantastic stay in Milan and, later, when I turned on the TV, on the home screen it said 'Welcome' with my name. They are all small cuddles and attentions that have a great impact on the memory I have of the structure! If I were to return to Milan? I would definitely come back to you. See you soon
