We stayed in a cottage, which resembled one of those “Tiny Homes“ you see on pinterest. A very quaint, modern, cozy and clean home away from home. Furnished to cook a few easy meals if needed and easy check in/out process. Management is friendly and communicative. a short drive to beach and center of Newport.

Everything about East Island was perfect. We stayed at one of the cottages and is was excellent. Extremely clean, comfortable beds. Great location with easy access to Newport. Would definitely stay agsin

East Island Reserve Hotel is a beautiful, relaxing retreat just minutes from Newport. It offers the perfect balance. It is close enough to enjoy all the attractions, yet far enough to provide a peaceful escape from the crowds. The rooms are clean, thoughtfully designed, and always comfortable, which is why I find myself returning again and again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Coastal Getaway! We stayed in one of the cottages at East Island Reserve in Middletown and absolutely loved it! The space was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed — felt like our own private retreat. The full kitchen and cozy living area made it easy to relax, and the private deck was a great bonus for morning coffee. The location is ideal — just minutes from Newport but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. We also enjoyed the pool area and appreciated the easy self-check-in process. Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay near the beach and all that Aquidneck Island has to offer.

Great place right outside of Newport. The cottage gave my family and I privacy and room to hang around in between excursions downtown. It also had a nice clean pool that helped to keep my 5 year old son entertained on a hot June weekend.

Truly lovely property and rooms are updated, clean and bright. We loved the mini kitchen, coffee maker and fridge. A full size Keurig as well as coffee cups, glasses and silverware all are very nice touches. The bed was adequate but not exceptional. The pool is very nice as well. We would absolutely stay here again
