We just returned from spending two nights at Rhea’s (July 3-5). We had a Jacuzzi King room on the second floor with a deck. The room was large (especially the bathroom) and the deck a nice amenity. The whole place is extremely well maintained and in the perfect location for exploring Middletown and downtown Newport. I am familiar with the area but had forgotten how many great places were right out side the door of this Inn. Restaurants, beach, bars, including a great breakfast place and excellent Italian sandwich shop and deli. We walked everywhere, except for second beach which is 1.5 miles away. Many people commented about the snacks and breakfast items and coffee that were always available. They were a nice surprise and much better than anticipated. We will definitely be visiting Rhea’s again this summer!

Tony was very accommodating when i called to confirm my reservation, and made sure i could get the key early before the wedding in case we got to our room very late . would be sure to stay there again when in Newport .

Great property. Walkable dining options. The room was a good size and very clean. The property is also an easy drive into Newport. We will definitely keep Rhea's in mind the next time we visit the area.
