Rhea's Inn by the Sea

We just returned from spending two nights at Rhea’s (July 3-5). We had a Jacuzzi King room on the second floor with a deck. The room was large (especially the bathroom) and the deck a nice amenity. The whole place is extremely well maintained and in the perfect location for exploring Middletown and downtown Newport. I am familiar with the area but had forgotten how many great places were right out side the door of this Inn. Restaurants, beach, bars, including a great breakfast place and excellent Italian sandwich shop and deli. We walked everywhere, except for second beach which is 1.5 miles away. Many people commented about the snacks and breakfast items and coffee that were always available. They were a nice surprise and much better than anticipated. We will definitely be visiting Rhea’s again this summer!

Great property. Walkable dining options. The room was a good size and very clean. The property is also an easy drive into Newport. We will definitely keep Rhea's in mind the next time we visit the area.

Rhea's a gem of a location Tony is a great host, the Inn is perfectly located across from a beautiful beach and just down the road from the northern entrance to the cliff walk and the mansions. The inn is situated about a 5-10 minute drive to downtown Newport and all the great restaurants and shops. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed and Tony has made sure that all safety protocol's are observed. There is a simple but adequate breakfast available and if you need a full breakfast there is a restaurant within walking distance. I recommend Rhea's for a great night's sleep and an excellent location at a great price.

Extremely clean Bed n Breakfast. Simple but spacious and well appointed. Nice continental breakfast options. Great value. Highly recommend.
