Advantages:
①The room is a very large suite, and many appliances are not used for one night (large refrigerator, large dishwasher, large microwave)
②The coffee in the room is better than the coffee in the lobby
③There is a No. 60 bus at the door, which is very convenient for going back and forth between Providence and Newport Pier. It only costs $2 per person and there is a seat
Disadvantages: The breakfast is too bad. I stayed in the same brand hotel in Providence for three days and was quite satisfied with the changes in the breakfast there, but this one is not good!

We rarely stay at Homewood suites since we are Marriott people but given the holiday weekend and both the price and quality of nearby Marriott properties we opted to stay here. Ok it's Newport on a holiday weekend but close to $300 for this property is a joke. Yes it was a suite(mini suite) and a newer hotel but wow! The room was nice except don't run the dishwasher at night if you want to sleep since it is incredibly loud. And the water pressure in the bathroom was pitiful. Some positives was Madison at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was much better than the equivalent at Marriott properties. A bigger more interesting selection. Despite the price it was a good stay.

We stayed here only 1 night, but wish we stayed longer! The staff was friendly and welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and the hotel itself was wonderful! The breakfast options were amazing as well. As a family of 6, it can be hard to find hotels that “wow” us, but this one did!
