Best location l, very central to all shopping and restaurants. Nicely decorated and very clean hotel.

This has been and is my favorite hotel in Miami! The location is in the center of Brickell right next to the mall. So it’s possible to walk around. I love the location! The amenities are amazing! I love the pool, I love the gym and the restaurants and bars as well. The rooms are super clean and have a beautiful aesthetic! The entire hotel smells amazing and looks luxurious and amazing as well. You can rent the city bikes for free and have amazing views from the balcony. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind! By far my favorite hotel in Miami!

This is the worst five-star hotel I have ever seen. The carpets in the corridors of the hotel are old and dirty. There are many stains on them. There are also a lot of paper scraps and other garbage. No one has cleaned them up for four days. The service was very poor. I asked for an extra quilt on the first day. However, I called three times and the quilt was delivered twice. Finally, I contacted Ctrip to help solve the problem and the quilt was delivered. They also lied to Ctrip and said they couldn't find thick quilts. I have stayed in countless hotels and was one of the earliest users of Ctrip. This is the first time I have written a negative review and the first time I have encountered such a bad hotel. If I couldn't unsubscribe, I wouldn't live there. I feel like they don't have to worry about customers, you can't help but love them.
