This hotel was affordable and in a great location. Check in was super easy, and every staff we encounter was so kind and willing to help! Also the door keys are waterproof wrist bands which is super cool. I only knocked stars off amenities because it should say somewhere that this hotel is 2 floors with no elevator. We were not expecting to have to lug our 50lb luggage up steep stairs and it was quite the workout. I also took stars off cleanliness because while the hotel common spaces were clean, the room bathroom left something to be desired. It just looked like it was cleaned in a super rush, and spots were missed. Overall I’m VERY happy with my stay, but I felt like it would have been nice to know ahead of time about the elevator.

The only reason I gave the hotel a 3/5 for service was because of the noise the staff would make in the mornings. The rooms pick up noise on the second floor from the hallway very well. So I could hear the staff loudly chatting up a storm, opening and closing doors, etc from my room. Aside from that, front desk was amazing, so was the door guy. Everyone and everything else in the property was great. Location was amazing!

The Sagamore hotel has a good location in Miami Beach. The beach is equipped. The pool is very small and dirty. The pool bar is stocked and the staff courteous. The whole hotel needs a makeover. The rooms especially: old furniture. Curtains that do not block out the light. Tiny beds and uncomfortable mattresses. Incredibly noisy air conditioning, we couldn't sleep because of the noise.

Very good hotel. Love the smell in the room and lobby. Expensive breakfast and beautiful beach. Overall good experience. Oh yes! Extremely confortable bed that I have ever slept.

But if you want to go to Sobe's 5th Street, 7th Street, you need to go for a while. Fortunately, the price is very cheap. Going next time will choose a beach that is closer to the beach.
