it's such a nice hotel. i like the location which is very closed to the convention center and also a lot of good restaurants nearby.

Poor service when checking in, very abrupt woman that checked us in. Room was very very small, with a very poor view, the beds at the pool were filthy. And the walk way between the pools was scruffy too. Waited ages to get the cases from reception because of how busy it was.

The service is average, the facilities are good, and the service attitude at the front desk is very bad. Very impatient. Ask the front desk hotel what content, let us see for ourselves. The hotel's environmental protection concept is very good, but I hope the service can also keep up.

Super super comfortable, a newly opened hotel, quite clean. The elevator is always broken, luckily it's on the third floor 😄 The hotel is in a good location, not far from the public parking lot next to it, and there are food on the street behind. I will stay there again next time I come to Miami.

The hotel is in the heart of South Beach, and the location is superb. The swimming pool is awesome, facing the beach. The room is either facing the swimming pool or looking out to sea. High sea view room is recommended. The hotel is a well-known old building in the art deco district, and there are endless groups of thematic tourism groups in the hotel lobby. Although the rooms are not large, they are full of design and do not have the sound insulation problems common in old buildings. The shortcoming is breakfast: the restaurant is mainly for dinner parties, the quality of breakfast is very poor, and the waiter looks at you to get the voucher. I guess I can't get the tip, the service is extremely inadequate and Ignore. It is not recommended to book a room with breakfast.

The hotel environment and facilities are more like a business hotel, not suitable for vacation. The front desk is very small. In addition, there is not a shuttle bus to the beach every day, only from Thursday to Sunday, so you have to take a taxi to the beach. It is close to Lincoln Road, within walking distance, convenient for shopping, and opposite is Trader Joe's for buying water and snacks.

(38F) I stayed at Esme Miami Beach for one night before taking off on cruise. Wished I booked an earlier flight so I can venture out in the area. It's located right in the center of Espanola Way where there's a ton of food options and night scene in Art Deco district. The bellman helped and guided me straight to my room (sorry I can't remember his name but he was on staff 11/26 evening), he gave some pointers on food and beach within walking distance. The room size was perfect for me as I was traveling alone. Love the bathroom set and it was huge! I got up early to take advantage of their rooftop pool. It was relaxing as it was clean and quiet. I later grab lunch at their bar/cafe there also. Before heading to the cruiseport, I dropped my luggage off at the front desk to hold while I walked over to the beach which was like 5 mins away. I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very lovely and we had a really awesome stay at this hotel. The staf is very kind, helpful and the service was great. The location is superb, very close to the beach and the convention hall nearby for the event. The hotel also provide us the lounger to use at the beach but didn't tell us about the available time (~7am-~7pm) so that we missed the chance to use it. The breakfast is also very chill and delicious. There are some notes about this hotel. There are resort fees that cost 49$/night which was not specified in the booking that shuold be noted however, thanks to the hotel manager, they helped us with the charges. In addition to the really nice room, the floor in the bedroom is quite cold and cannot walk comfortably with bare foot.
