Miami Beach Beach Hotels

It was wonderful having the ocean in your backyard. Pool was amazing especially at night. Room was smaller than we had expected. The location was amazing. Shops and restaurants lined the streets.

The location is perfect because you feel like you’re on the edge of everything. The hotel is great eye candy! Strawberry Moon and the rooftop were amazing. Thank you to Melina, Chad and Joselyn for the great service.

Others are very good, is that the room does not provide free mineral water a bit too much, only 6 US dollars a bottle. Such an expensive room rate, can't you give a free bottle of mineral water per person per day? Hotels higher or lower than them are given!

Expensive, facilities are not as good as domestic

We stayed this hotel in September 2022. My wife is Hilton gold member and we were expecting exceptional Hilton luxury and accommodation. But, it was okay. Room was not clean properly. When we asked for upgrade they said you'll get updated room after 4pm but when my other friends came they got balcony room without being member at 1pm. Also, one of the day there was a private event. They took over swimming pool area and bar, lobby, games everything. They only have one bar which was booked for private event. That's actually really bad for your hotel guest. I hope they can understand it and make few things better. But, Hilton cookies were really good. It was plus point. We got every time when we asked. Location is really good too. only 2 min walk from beach. Overall, I would not go again here.

Check in was fast. One lady at the front desk was helpful (Alicia, I think), the other lady was not helpful at all. Hotel is a bit of a maze, asked where my room was the unhelpful lady told me she didn't know. Saw a mouse run across the hall, under a door and into a room as we were searching for our room. Floor tiles were uneven, so we couldn't fully close or fully open our bathroom door. I tried to call the front desk 2 times and there was no answer. The pool and deck area are actually part of the restaurant next door, which could be cool and fun - but not if you are traveling with kids. At checkout, they held our bags for us, which was a nice service. There was a gentleman working and he was recommended a nice local restaurant for dinner.

perfect location to walk to everywhere. pool & beach area are worth the price alone. poolside service & food was good. some rooms are updated and some are not. we had 2 rooms, one 2 bed updated room that was nice but the pipes made a noise every time the water was turned on. another king bed small suite that was not updated. I enjoyed this room as it had a walk in closet, kitchenette, separate sitting area & partial ocean view. the kitchenette could of had a microwave, would of made it better. overall great stay and would recommend and stay again!

The property is beautiful of course! And all of the staff I encountered were very helpful and accommodating. I was looking forward to staying in this hotel since it is an institution in Miami beach. I'm glad I got to stay but wouldn't choose it again. The room was just a room, nothing special about it. And no coffee maker. Weird, I can't remember anywhere I've been that didn't have a coffee maker in the room. I was also disappointed that there isn't a chill casual spot for a relaxed dinner. The early evening that I arrived, I didn't want a fancy dinner. I just wanted a nice salad or simple meal and a view of the pool or beach. They do have a casual spot for pizza, burgers etc but it's very dark and like a pub/sportbar kind of feel. I'm in Miami, I want to see the outdoors and enjoy the beautiful weather! They have a great restaurant by the pool, that is open and airy but it closes early (I tried to go at 5:00 or 6:00 and the kitchen was closed. Other than that, It's all upscale dining which I love but not for every meal. We moved to a nearby hotel on Friday (not because of anything wrong, we were there for a conference that week and wanted to get away from co-workers for the weekend). We loved our experience at our other hotel. Quieter and just felt so much more relaxed but still fun! While at the Fontainbleau pool, a fellow traveler that frequents the Fontainbleau said that the weekend is crazy at the pool. Loud music pumping and party atmosphere. If that is what you're looking for then this is your spot. Not what we wanted so were happy we left for the weekend. I also was disappointed in pool staff that apparently they assign chairs by the pool based on tipping. A pool attendant told me that the front seats are the ”money seats” so those are clearly given to the people that tip for a seat. I get the charge for cabana's but the pool chairs should be available to anyone. If it's not occupied, then it's available.

I can confidently give this dog-friendly hotel a well-deserved five-star rating, as our experience there was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly, and their friendliness and helpfulness were evident throughout our stay. Our furry friend was treated like a VIP. The hotel’s commitment to being dog-friendly was remarkable, and our pet felt right at home from the start. Beyond the pet-friendly aspect, the hotel itself was a true delight. The pool area offering a refreshing escape with nice music. The rooms were consistently clean, and the pleasant scent that permeated the hotel created a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. It was evident that the staff took great care to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. As we returned for our third visit, our love for this place only grew stronger. If you’re seeking a dog-friendly haven where exceptional service, a beautiful ambiance, and pristine rooms converge, look no further. This hotel is an absolute gem that we can’t help but adore.

This was my third stay at Eden Roc, fantastic hotel – However, my third stay has shifted my thoughts. The bedsheets had a stain on them and my room was left open by housekeeping (thankfully nothing was taken, I guess no-one entered but this is a huge concern) – I was told to take this up with management and that I’d be offered compensation for a future stay (although when calling the front desk / eden roc number it says they’re not available and only connects you with off-site staff…) Very disappointed as the previous stays were fantastic.
