The room size is average, but very comfortable. It is better to book a south-facing room. All the service staff are smiling and very intimate. The Hilton Garden next door is much better. The breakfast is also very good. Especially recommended egg cakes, haha 😃

The price booked on Ctrip is still very good. The hotel is very new. Although the room cannot open the window, the air conditioner has a fan mode which is also very good. There is an outdoor balcony and a gym. The gym wifi is full. The only thing to be reminded is that the area is very lively during the day and at night. It will be a challenge for those who are jet-lagged and have a light sleep.

This is the second time to stay at this hotel. I traveled to Mexico six years ago and was deeply impressed by this old hotel. . . The internal environment of the old hotel is impeccably beautiful, but the facilities in the guest rooms are too outdated. The security scope of the gate square has been ”expanded”, and it is not very convenient to get in and out to call a taxi~

The front desk is very friendly, especially the uncle in the restaurant who can speak a word or two in Chinese. He knew that we were from China and needed tissues and brought them to us himself. The uncle at the front desk will also help with luggage and call taxis. The staff are very nice. The only drawback is that there is backflow in the bathroom, dirt will be found the next day, and a toothbrush is found in the toilet (I am sure it was not caused by us). Maybe it's just a problem with this room, I hope this can be improved

The hotel was renovated from a building in an old historic district, so it was tasteful and nice, but I booked a room with a window, but one had a window and the other room was assigned to a closed room. In addition, it was even more frustrating because the air conditioner did not work properly in the locked room. The cost performance is low, but the accessibility to Socalo Square and the center was the best. If it's a short schedule, I think it's okay to use it.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center were excellent. AMAZING HOTEL - such a good caring friendly polite staff; very safe , good security , but hotel itself is historical building with such a big history and they have FREE tours to get to know hotel. Is has special rooms , bar - all is form 100 years ago, with such a soul and character . We enjoyed a lot out stay. Breakfast is good , have everything you need , recommend to take with breakfast. Location is also great, 5 minutes to tour buses, Angel square , many coffee shops and restaurants. RECOMMEDED !! Rooms are also fine , clean , have windows . We would definitely stay there again
