The hotel is very modern and clean, it has TVs that you can cast Netflix etc from your phone on. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. It is in a nice location and I felt safe in the area and the hotel without my husband and with three small children. There is a mall and Walmart within walking distance and there are no problems getting an Uber taxi or food delivered. It’s easy and cheap to get around to the main sites. The negatives are they don’t have fridges in the rooms, ice is available but they give it to you in a plastic bag rather than an ice bucket. We needed the ice to keep baby bottles cool, our plug on the sink didn’t close and we had nothing else to put them in. The second negative is that the cleaners keep taking the spare room keys from the slot by the door even if you haven’t pushed it down to activate the lights when you are out it will be taken. The third negative is about the Starbucks at the hotel. There is a young man who works there and he just couldn’t get the orders right, I went there three times he was working and each one of those drinks were incorrect. It really annoyed me that he would would then strongly push for a tip when he isn’t great at his job. The one day my 4 year old ordered a strawberries and cream Frappuccino and he got served a small cappuccino! The last negative is that the a/c is terrible, it doesn’t get very cold but makes the air quality terrible. Our noses were all dried out and cut by the time we left.

I had a first-view event in this hotel , and it has been a different experience to all the Holidayinn I know and that is because their staff make the difference in the Restaurant Captain Agustín and Carlos , Bety kitchen and her staff of shoppers always careful and with a smile in her eyes . In the events are Jenifer, Paola , Karla and Captain Carlos , together with Israel and Eduardo always on the outset of the group's needs and with a great customer service attitude including Dr Mario from public areas with the same attitude. This makes the hotel environment in the relevant areas a success for events Thank you for being and being all the collaborators

Three excellent stays related to business trips. Manager Sofia, was extremely helpful. I wasn't checking in till after 6 am, and I've had problems before where a hotel night auditor thought I was a no-show and canceled my reservation. Sofia made sure they knew of my late arrivals. Also, I'm a light sleeper, and Sofia made sure to get me rooms on the quiet side of the hotel, away from the road. Very good breakfasts, nice front desk people, and pleasant, punctual shuttle drivers. I look forward to more upcoming stays next month at Holiday Inn Mexico Dali Airport.

Zona Rosa
I think it’s time for me to stop staying at the Holiday Inn hotels, many issues happened this year with this brand. I had issues in New York (Holiday Inn Times Square), Holiday Inn Puebla and, now in this property, Holiday Inn Zona Rosa. Pro’s: • Hotel is conveniently located in the center of DF, close to Insurgentes and Paseo Reforma. There are some restaurants close to this hotel, the bad thing is, some of them close early 8:00pm – 9:00pm • The rooms are spacious and quiet. • Asked for a refrigerator and it was delivery fast. • Very quiet and safe area, you can walk any time without any issues, we were leaving to the airport and, we saw a guy jogging at 2:30am. • It’s close to Metro stations Cauthemoc and Insurgentes but, I will avoid these stations late night. Con’s: • I think the Front Desk personnel are not well trained. When we checked in, I wasn’t asked for a Credit Card for Incidentals. Normally, when you check into the hotel, a method of payment is always asked to cover incidentals and to cover any damage in the room, even if the room is paid for; this omission gave us problems at the restaurant when we had dinner. The restaurant staff said we had to pay cash or CC, he couldn’t charge in our hotel bill because we didn’t have credit on file…Of course he didn’t ..!.The agent didn’t ask for it at check in..!... We had to go to the front desk to find out what was going on. We spoke with the Front Desk Manager (by the way, a very inexperienced and not friendly lady) and she didn’t have a clue what we were talking about ( and I speak fluent Spanish ). We asked why the agent did not ask for CC upon checking in, she just said “Maybe because you are paying with points”..????....Really??? • One thing that really bothered me is, when we paid at the Front Desk for our restaurant meal in Cash or CC, the Receptionist, including the Front Desk Manager, won’t give you a receipt right way, you have to ask for it. • The uneven floor in the room’s shower was annoying, every time we took a shower, the water was still standing on the floor. We reported to Housekeeper, and she said she will take care of the issue when she cleans the room. • The food at the restaurant was ugly and not well presented; one night we ordered Sirloin Tacos and, it was awful, the meat was dry and cold and it seems they spilled the food on the plate. • Elevator was broken, thanks god they gave us a room on the second floor. • The waiters at the restaurant also need more training, they need to learn how to set up a table, they don’t bring the glasses, utensils, bread at the same time, you must ask for it, otherwise you’ll spend the rest of your meal raising your hand to get their attention. • We didn’t feel welcome at check in, the agent did not explain what is included and what is not, I found out on my second visit that phone calls are included. • The business center in the lobby is not functional at all, the keyboard’s computer is not programmed as it
