Don’t ever book them! They are robbery and rude! They charged us 30 AUD at the desk for late check in at 19:00. Here is the conversation (roughly):
Staff: Late check in after 5 pm will be charged for 30 dollars.
Me: Why? No one told us.
Me: You didn’t put it on your Terms and Conditions. I don’t know it.
Staff: Yes it’s not in the T&C but we emailed you.
Me: When?
Staff: Yesterday afternoon.
(Looking for emails)
Me: Yes, it’s at 4pm and we are travelling whole days, is that an effectiveness notice?
Staff: Yes, we emailed you.
I was in great shock and speechless.
Staff later asked: What are you gonna do now? Pay?

Lovely stay at the Metung Holiday Villas. We stayed in a 2 bedroom luxury villa, which was perfect for two couples. Spacious, two en-suites and a large dining table. Owners are very friendly and the location was great, quiet and just a short walk into the village. Would happily recommend the Metung Holiday Villas to family or friends!

Property was in a lovely location amongst nature. Place was quiet. Kitchen well equipped and space was mostly clean and well presented. Excellent location to water and township.

Neat and tidy holiday villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and living room. Mostly clean except for some creepy crawlies underneath our pillow but they weren’t alive and weren’t anything dangerous. Water pressure in the shared bathroom could be stronger for a more enjoyable experience. Not a lot of walking space around the bed due to the size of the room and inbuilt wardrobes. Aircon worked great in keeping the place cool. Kitchen was well equipped and in good condition.

The property is very clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The facilities were well-maintained, and the location felt safe and quiet. It was easy to park, and everything was convenient. We had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend it to others.
