Nous avons souhaité prendre un verre au bar de l’hôtel en fin d’après midi . Nous nous sommes heurtés à un refus n étant pas clients de l’hôtel. Cela se fait pourtant habituellement dans tous les palaces de la planète ! Cette mentalité n’incite pas à recommander cet hôtel que j’avais d’ailleurs exclu car éloigné du centre de Metsovo : difficile d’accès par une route de montagne sinueuse et quelques kilomètres de tunnel autoroutier . From the moment we arrived we were made to very special. We were met by Tellos (I hope this is the correct spelling) who carried our luggage to our rooms and gave us information on the hotel and also of the local area. Every time we saw him he was always smiling! The hotel reception with the fireplace and bar is so cool and we a few drinks in the evenings we were here. We also ate at the restaurant each day and the food is excellent. We had two rooms for a family of four and one had a mountain view which was absolutely amazing. We also used the hotel spa which was great. Overall one of the best places we have ever stayed in!

GRAND Τα 5* είναι λίγο. Ενα καταπληκτικό resort μέσα στην καρδιά της φύσης! Ολα είναι άψογα! Με υπέροχη θέα σε στιγμές χαλάρωσης και αναζωογόνησης! Και σε σημείο με κοντινές αποστάσεις για όμορφες διαδρομές των γύρω ορεινών χωριών! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Our stay at the Grand Forest Hotel in Metsovo was great. The hotel is beautifully designed, modern yet full of warmth, perfectly complementing the natural surroundings. The burning fireplace at the lobby was so beautiful and kept us warm in the cold weather. Our room was incredibly spacious, and the view of the mountains from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool. We had a complimentary 30 minutes private appointment at the heated pool while overlooking the serene landscape. It was such a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. We also treated ourselves to a massage at their spa, and it was one of the most relaxing treatments we ever had—the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

Παραγγείλαμε στο δωμάτιο ένα club sandwich και μια σαλάτα Caesar οι ελάχιστες πατάτες είχαν υπερβολικό αλάτι το κοτόπουλο υποτίθεται ήταν τραγανό αλλά αυτό απλώς ήταν μπαγιάτικο από το ψυγείο , το ίδιο χάλια κοτόπουλο είχε μέσα και στο club! Σαφώς και μας πείραξαν στο στομάχι. Γενικά η εικόνα και πιο πολύ η γεύση δεν ανταποκρίνεται στην κατηγορία του ξενοδοχείου αλλά σε τραπεζάκια καντίνας. Εννοείται μετά από αυτό το απλό και άθλιο γεύμα δεν δοκιμάσαμε το κυρίως μενού του ξενοδοχείου. Οι καμαριέρες μπήκαν στο δωμάτιο και ανέφεραν ψευδώς χρήση αναλώσιμων προϊόντων που υπήρχαν στο μίνι μπαρ και μας έγινε χρέωση. Ανέφεραν προϊόντα που είχαμε μαζί μας απ έξω και τα βάλανε στη χρέωση του μίνι μπαρ ένα μεγάλο μπουκάλι κρασί που δεν υπήρχε τέτοιο μέγεθος στο δωμάτιο και σοκολάτες Caprice που ούτε αυτά υπήρχαν μέσα! Ευχαριστημένη από το δωμάτιο η θεά, η ζέστη, η καθαριότητα.
