The hotel is on a separate island and there is only this hotel on the island. The environment is well maintained. There is a pool and restaurant on the roof. You can see the main island of Venice. In terms of transportation, there is a ferry to and from San Marco Square on the main island. The boat and the one-way shuttle bus to St. Lucia Railway Station on the main island are free. We live in small suites, the rooms and beds are large, the bathrooms and cloakrooms are large, and the experience is very good!

Typical Hilton so quality was not bad. Rather than paying v high hotel rates in Venice people should consider Hilton as it is v reasonable. There are two buses right outside the door with the 2nd stop that brings you to Venice bus terminals. You can walk in to Venice or take a ferry within 30 min with things to see whilst you are walking. Another plus is that with a 5 to 10 min taxi ride you and your luggages will arrive at the door of Hilton without the trouble of taking your luggages to your hotel in Venice after transport through boats But you need to time the return journey especially when the weather is cold or wet as it is hard to get a taxi in the evening when people are leaving after dinner.

The location of the hotel is next to St. Mark's Square, which is convenient for sightseeing. The shower in the room should stand in the bathtub, which is easy to fall in and out, which is a potential risk for older people.

The location is very convenient. St. Mark's Square and the water bus stop are very close. The style is quaint, some old, and all the so-called sense of history. Ordinary rooms are small, especially the ones that take the elevator downstairs. Because the itinerary changed, I stayed one day in advance and only booked the general room at this location. Feeling bad, dark and narrow. In particular, the next-door tenant still carries a dog, and does not understand that pets are allowed. The dog was calling all night and called the front desk to solve it. The back trip changed to the third floor suite and it felt good. Relatively quiet, there is a motor sound from the ships on the river.

The service at the St. Regis Hotel is very good. The staff are warm and thoughtful. It is definitely a 5-star service. The facilities and environment are also first-class. It is also very close to St. Mark's Square. It only takes about 2 minutes to walk there. Of course, the price is A bit expensive, but reasonably expensive. This is a very good memory for me in Venice. I will stay here again next time I come.

Disappointed by the level of service and outdated hotel. For that very pricy 4 stars hotel, I would have appreciated a higher level.. the staff was not particularly friendly neither helpful. The room was very dark with casi no natural light, not renovated like the booking picture. The bathtub was broken, they send someone that didn’t care of it and said it was indeed broken, reception didn’t propose anything in exchange. I ended up trying to fix myself for 1/2h. Bit sad.. also the Jacuzzi/public bath or gym are not accessible for free. You have to pay and book ahead.. you would imagine it’s included in the price. Positive side: very well located in the center, in the main luxury street, explain the price I guess? The rooftop is really the highlight with beautiful sunset, where we drunk our complementary bottle. The breakfast is really good, one of the best so far. Will not come back, not worthy.

The hotel location is great, it is very convenient to call watertaxi directly to the entrance of the hotel, the hotel keys are very nice, and welcome wine and chocolates are provided. The hotel's breakfast has many types and is delicious. The toiletries are from Parma ~

I didn’t expect the most amazing thing to be the upstairs restaurant. This is the most formal Italian restaurant in Europe. Eat Serving a dish with a set of tableware is too particular. It was great to have a great foie gras, the beauty of the dessert and the rich flavors. The buffet breakfast the next morning was even more unexpected. Not to mention the top-notch view, the rich and delicious breakfast is also top-notch. The location is very close to the Bridge of Sighs. St. Mark's Square is so beautiful, and the products in the nearby shops are also very good. 80 euros to sit on the gondola, it is worth it! Take a water taxi from the hotel to the airport, 130 Euros and board the boat directly from the side door of the hotel lobby, which is very convenient. When I came to the hotel, I didn’t understand. I took the water bus, 15 euros per person. The bus stopped when it saw the station. The boat was full of people. It took an hour to get to the St. Mark’s Square station. I got off the boat and walked 300 meters with my suitcase. After about 10 meters, we crossed the Bridge of Sighs and arrived at the hotel. It's not very convenient. If you take a water taxi for 130 Euros from the airport, you can go directly to the side entrance of the hotel lobby in 20 minutes.
