房間非常棒，很寬敞，兩室一廳的，兩個卧室，一個卧室裏麪是一張大床，另外一個房間酒店會提前問需求，可以按照需求佈置成兩個分開的單人床，或者是一張大床，非常貼心。每個房間和客廳都有空調。客廳裏還有沙發床，有廚房用品，住的久可以自己做做飯，廚房用品一應俱全，有洗碗機，各種調料，非常方便。有洗衣機和烘乾機。還有膠囊咖啡提供，早餐是提供在房間內的各種吃的，有麪包，蛋糕，果汁，牛奶，奶酪，燕麥片等等，非常豐盛。酒店提供了非常詳細的抵達線路，在市中心，S2公交船的里亞託橋站下來後，走路兩分鐘就到了，去聖馬可廣場3分鐘。來威尼斯的如果是一家人，這裏絕對是最佳的住宿場所。

位置不錯，房間很小，老闆熱情。從這個住的地方到聖馬可廣場走路5分鐘不到，但前提是你走兩趟熟悉以後。從里亞託橋坐公交船也方便。

Wonderful to be in the centre although limited view of canals and happenings. Nice quiet corner and extremely easy to manage , secure access to our flat. Newly refurbished , high standard of finishes and interior design for luxury comfort. Kitchen pantry likewise enjoyment to make coffee and have our light breakfast. The only comment on the size of bathroom, shower is the shower door can only open 70% ( unit 23)) so would appreciate if establishment improved this to sliding door panel. Just a short stay but would definitely recommend this property and also try the other Be mate properties in other cities.

The location of the hotel is very good. It can be reached within 10 minutes' walk from the two pavilions of the Venice Biennale. After visiting one pavilion, you can also go back to the hotel to rest and go to another. It takes 15 minutes to walk to St. Mark's Square. Three minutes next to the hotel, there is a boat docking point boat that can take to San Marco Airport. My plane was late, and it was only from the airport at 9:00 in the evening. There were also bus boats to reach the hotel. The sea can be seen from the room. The hotel owner is also very good and provides a lot of useful help and information. The staff is also very good. I went out in the morning to meet the cleaning female staff and asked if I needed a bottle of water to take away. The hotel room is very spacious, the refrigerator has a variety of drinks and milk is very practical and convenient as well as cereal and biscuits. Breakfast can be solved in the room.

Small hotel, rooms are small but cozy. The bed was only short, the legs were hanging down))) they offered a complimentary small breakfast. The location is good: 10 minutes to the square, 11-12 minutes to the Realto Bridge (there is also a Vaparetto boat stop).

The place is ideal for arriving in Italy and leaving for the airport, the bus stop is opposite. The view from the window is 5+ Piazza San Marco is nearby. Warm (!!!) which is important in winter in Italy Not a bad breakfast in their restaurant. Reception 24 hours 👌 Everything creaked a little, and you could hear your neighbors - but for such a price-quality ratio (compared to the prices of neighboring hotels on the left and right), - I think everything was great ❤️ I would definitely come back more than once❤️

A great hotel. The location is very convenient. It's near St. Mark's Square. It's very convenient to go everywhere. There is a small supermarket just outside the door. There is a pizza at the door that is delicious and very cheap! Strong recommendation. The guy at the front desk of the hotel can speak Chinese, and I was shocked that he spoke very well. I was traveling alone. Although the room was small, it was clean and well-equipped. It was just right for me to live alone without having to worry about safety. If I can stay in Venice, You must stay on the main island and recommend it to all friends who want to come to Venice!

Struttura bellissima, internamente molto moderna, ma con le tappezzerie in stile antico ti da un fascino unico, che poi è proprio tipico di Venezia. Ubicazione super in quanto a 3 minuti a piedi da piazza S. Marco. A piedi si arriva in stazione o piazzale Roma in 20 minuti, col vaporetto ne abbiamo impiegati 20 (piazzale Roma E - San Zaccaria linea 4.1 o 2). Personale gentilissimo e sempre sorridente, colazione continentale buona e comunque sempre pronti a soddisfare ciò che chiedi. Siamo stati benissimo. Camera bella e confortevole, letto molto buono e solido, bagno non fenestrato ma con un ottima ventilazione. Doccia molto grande.. comoda per 3.. molto apprezzata! :) Se si dovesse tornare a Venezia, sicuramente tornerei qui.. senza alcun dubbio!

Can't really find a fault with this hotel. Ice cold air conditioning was so welcome in the 34degree heat of Venice. Location is fantastic. The room was spacious, bathroom had a double shower. If I ever come back to Venice I will stay here
