Venice San Marco Hotels

We are given a room which is a distance away from the reception - where there are no shelter, involved crossing a bridge and stairs. it was raining when we checked in - which results in great inconvenience. The place we were located at does not have lift and we are on the 2nd floor. Take note to those who wants to book this place w big luggages. Other than that, room itself was clean and decoration was nice and modern. Aircon does not appear to be working as we felt that there isn’t ventilation in the room when windows are closed (for safety reasons). Room comes w free Mini bar as there were no breakfast.

The palace is a unique place, in itself, a historical residence. The rooms are then probably very variable, the two tested (bellavista suite with view of the Grand Canal and suite Canaletto, in the adjacent building), were spacious, pleasantly furnished, The hotel is a very special hotel for the hotel.

Convenience location and clean.  Just that need to carry luggage ourself because majority of the building there  no lift

Excellent little hotel. Very convenient location. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Good breakfast and Service is ok. Only two drawbacks: there is no elevator. Many stairs to handle luggage. And second No luggage storage room offered. If you have a late flight it can be a problem. The manager offered a locker service in the city area, but allowed to let us leave our luggage at the lobby area as an exception. Anyhow I recommend this hotel while visiting Venice

The place is very very convenient, right next to the ferry station and therefore you don’t need to carry your luggage walk in the old town - which is very tiring and embarrassing. The ferry takes less than 20mins from the bus and train station, it’s very easy to travel to the airport - less than 1 hour. It’s also very close to major attraction points of the city, very walkable. The room is clean and nice, very classic Italian decoration. The building is also very unique - the staff told us the building has over 500 years history. Recommended to everyone who wants to stay in the old town!

Located on Via Specchieri, two minutes walk from San Marco, this is a cozy and comfortable hotel with comfortable rooms. It has a lift, a gym (which we didn't use) and a breakfast room, not too varied but plentiful and tasty, both sweet and savoury. They also offer free snacks which we never took advantage of, but it is interesting if you are in the area and want a snack. The double rooms have a full bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. In the room there is a wardrobe, safe, fridge and desk, as well as a kettle and a stock of coffee and tea. Everything is impeccably clean and tidy, although there could be a plug closer to the bedside tables. In the first room we were given the air conditioning was very noisy, and they changed us without any problem to a quieter one. At reception they speak many languages, almost all the staff spoke Spanish, which made things much easier for us. They were very friendly and gave us lots of advice to make the most of our stay. One of the charming things is that you can still leave your key at reception, which adds to the bucolic feel of the hotel. There are plenty of reasonably priced restaurants and shops in the surrounding area for those close to St. Mark's Square.

ロケーションはSanta Lucianaから徒歩と水上バスを使い30分。最寄りの水上バス方面は観光客が少なくて落ち着いている、逆側のサンマルコ大聖堂側にあるいていくと観光客が増える。サンマルコ大聖堂までは徒歩20分弱。 部屋は古くバスルームも新しくはない。

I was unexpectedly satisfied with the four-person suite with a kitchen. The room is large and comfortable. There is a large square outside the hotel with a great view. The kitchen equipment and tableware are complete. On a whim, I went to the seafood market to buy seafood and cook it. A large table cost less than 500. Yuan Yuan, fresh and delicious!

This place is a real gem in Venice. Location Location is very good, walkable distance to anywhere (10 mins to Piazza San Marco/St. Mark’s Square). Lots to eat in the vicinity and lots of interesting art galleries on the street. Room Our place was on the top floor and consisted of two rooms. Both had classical decoration. Our daughter especially loved her room. Our room was also very romantic. Bathroom is modern and brand new. Check-in/Staff Entrance and check-in is automatic, very easy and hassle-free. The hosts are always reachable and answer via phone/Whatsapp immediately in case of questions. Easy communication in English. Price/Performance Ratio Impressive. Everything was better than other hotels in Venice that we paid double the price. Extras Lots to eat and drink. Complimentary coffee, croissants, crackers, water, orange juice etc. Downside The only downside was having to carry the luggage two floors, but I guess that’s common in Venice.
