A wonderful stay in Laqua by the sea. Everything was absolutely perfect! Our room was lovely and the breakfast was wonderful. The Wellness suite was very relaxing, after a hard day sightseeing. A special mention to Roberta, Luigi and Gaia, all of whom ensured that our holiday went smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble for them, booking taxis, arranging restaurants and having the local mini-bus pick us up. We also very much appreciated the owner coming to pick us up and take us to Laqua Countryside for our special meal. We had a fantastic holiday and would not hesitate to recommend this boutique hotel

Staff super warm, welcoming and helpful! From the receptionists to the masseuse, super willing to help. Good choice of spa treatments, well realized. Breakfast is nice (though the piece of paper to make your choice everyday is just too big, not very environnemental friendly). HOWEVER, should you look for some privacy: this is not your place! There is only a curtain between terrasses/ jacuzzis so you can see and hear everything. About the noise, the insulation is insuffisant: if people are sitting and chatting in the communal area, if new guests are arriving, you hear everything and canno’t sleep. We took this hotel to rest and sadly this was not a proper rest. Also about privacy and resting: the door of the toilet is made of glass and is super noisy to open and close (so you easily wake up your partner when using them during the night). The shower is opened/ canno’t close and is straight in front the door of the bedroom…

L'Aqua by the sea è un posto magico in cui rigenerare corpo ed anima. Pulizia, servizio e colazione sono il TOP! Cosa dire dello staff? "Gentilezza" è la loro parola d'ordine (dalla reception agli addetti alle pulizie). Hanno sempre un sorriso stampato sul volto e sono sempre pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta con una professionalità disarmante. Se si ha la possibilità di soggiornare nella camera vista mare, è un' esperienza unica. Gode di un panorama che lascia senza fiato ed è possibile ammirarlo anche dalla piscina privata in terrazza. L'Aqua by the sea è diventata la mia oasi felice in cui rifugiarmi quando ho bisogno di staccare un po'.

Helaas is de werkelijkheid anders dan de foto’s op de website. We hadden klassieke kamer, met uitzicht op de muur. (Let op dat je de luxe kamer boekt) Bubbelbad is heel erg klein &koud! (Wat lekker was met +34C) ik zou het beter een dompelbad noemen. De ruimte buiten (terras) wordt gescheiden door het gordijntjes. Die zitten altijd dicht ivm privé. We konden ook niet langs de muur kijken , dus volledig opgesloten. Het ontbijt kregen we op de kamer, was goed verzorgd. ! Het hotel is heel erg schoon en personeel heel erg vriendelijk en klantgericht. Helaas zijn dat maar 3 positieve punten van dit hotel. Voor de rest weinig te beleven, Sorrento is op afstand van 3,9 km, te ver om te lopen! . In Meta zelf, waar hotel zich bevindt, is niets te beleven. Er is maar 1 gezellige terras en dat is het. Na 5 dagen ben je er uitgekeken. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van SPA mogelijkheden, gezien de buiten temperatuur + 34! Was! De prijs van strandbedden zijn tussen 25-38 euro per dag/ p.p Conclusie: leuk verblijf voor Max 2 nachten.
