Stay Away – Unacceptable Conditions and False Promises This hotel was a complete disappointment. Upon arrival, there was no one at the reception – and this continued throughout the entire stay. The hotel feels almost unstaffed, and at night, check-out is simply impossible because there is literally no one on-site. Our room also had a severe ant infestation – they were in the bed, on the floor, and even on our personal belongings. Hygiene? Nowhere to be found. The location details are misleading: the beach is much farther away than advertised on booking platforms. If you expect “beachfront” convenience, you’ll be disappointed. Neither the hotel nor the tour operator responded constructively to complaints – no solution, no refund, no apology. Bottom line: Dirty, poorly organized, unreliable, and full of false promises. Absolutely unsuitable for a relaxing vacation.
