My reservation was for two people and they gave me a single room. I suggested they give me the double room that was on my reservation and they said we would be comfortable in it because the bed was big. TRUE. The bed was fine and we accepted it, but a hotel has to accept its mistake and, above all, treat its customers well. That offer to change rooms was missing, even though we would have accepted the one we had.
Another thing is the facilities. They are old. Very dirty carpeted floor and other deficiencies that a hotel of this category should not have.
The same thing happens with breakfast. Totally deficient. No hot food, no fruit and only water to drink. We could only choose between some sweets and some tubs of jam and butter
I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone
I hope that all this time I have dedicated helps them take note and customers receive better service.

Check-in took two minutes, the receptionist was very professional. We got the key and clear instructions to our room, and the wifi password.
The room was functional, but good enough for the purposes. The bed was large enough and comfortable. The room's windows faced the water, and we enjoyed seeing the ferry from the balcony when we opened the window. The room also had a working desk which was good, as we needed space to do some computer work.
The bathroom amenities were ample, and we had plenty of fresh linen.
Breakfast the next morning was a HUGE spread. Among all the hotels we stayed in Sicily, this one had the most food on offer. The waiter at the coffee station was commendable - we ordered a hot chocolate and the effort he put into making the perfect cup just made our day.
I want to make a special mention to the lady at reception. I left my passport in the room after we checked out, and didn't realise it until over an hour later. I rang in a state of panic and she calmly reassured me that they had found it and she was holding on to it for me. Despite the slight language barrier, she communicated compassion perfectly. When I reached the hotel, she handed it over with the kindest smile, and that immediately dialled down my stress levels.
5/5 is not high enough for the service rating of this place, I would give them 10/5 if I could. And the lady at the front desk needs a promotion.

Che dire non fermatevi neanche per sbaglio di certo non è un 4 stelle!!! Pulizia zero, al nostro arrivo troviamo frigorifero sporco, cotton fioc accanto al frigorifero, polvere formìche e sporcizia varia. Ci cambiano stanza la sera… ma chiediamo per il giorno successivo di avere più accortezza per le pulizie … morale giorno dopo stesso orrore polvere e formiche! La risposta del personale reception è stata:ci sn tante camere magari nn vengono fatte proprio nei dettagli e poi per loro le formiche è normale le hanno anche loro a casa c’è stato risposto! Sembra una barzelletta ma nn lo è ! Per qualsiasi problema a detta loro non c’è un responsabile né un direttore! Attenzione al cliente ZERO RISPETTO ZERO Presa in giro alla persona e alla ns intelligenza ! per non dire che viaggiavamo con una bimba di 5 mesi e un bimbo di 2 anni …. E c’è stato anche risposto fossi stata in voi se ilproblema e’ l’ igiene sarei andata via… Un 4 stelle doveva brillare tutto… a ferragosto poi con due bimbi dove andavamo ?!(ovviamente pagato tutto all’ arrivo 110€ a notte !!!!) Cercano di farti cambiare stanza ma tanto si va di male in peggio…addirittura il terzo giorno mi offrono la suite per farmi tacere dato che in reception parlavamo così animatamente che altri clienti si sn avvicinati e ci davano ragione ! PER UN EMERGENZA SENZA RESPONSABILE O DIRETTORE non so come venga gestita la sicurezza di qualsiasi imprevisto! Questo si chiama truffare… e a distanza di settimane nonostante mail telefonate per avere un risarcimento…. Nessuno risponde tutto tace … nessuno si scusa per il disagio…. NON FERMATEVI NEANCHE PER SBAGLIO!

Premetto che un poco ho viaggiato nella mia vita, una cosa così, una sporcizia, una strafottenza del personale a richieste di aiuto per pulizie al limite della decenza. La non presenza immediata del direttore, in estate, già è indecente, e truffare le persone in questo modo,ma perchè? Mai visto uno schifo del genere, come location,pulizia e personale...al limite della denunzia ai NAS, e noj è un caso, nella stessa giornata 3 camere con le nostre stesse lamentele EVITATELO VI PREGO

Titolo: bella sorpresa! Ho soggiornato all’Europa palace in occasione del concerto di Cremonini in coppia.. a distanza di un anno dal nostro ultimo Soggiorno abbiamo riscontrato notevoli miglioramenti.. camere rinnovate, sala colazioni ammodernata, ascensore nuovo e personale super disponile e professionale.. che dire bella sorpresa! Ci ritorneremo non solo per la vicinanza allo stadio.. magari anche per una breve vacanza vista l’atmosfera cordiale e gioviale!

Siamo stati in questo albergo in occasione del concerto di Cremonini un paio di giorni fa e devo dire che sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa! Ci eravamo stati l'anno scorso, anche quella una bella esperienza ma abbiamo trovato un albergo completamente rinnovato! Già entrando si respira un'aria accogliente grazie alle ragazze alla reception, poi abbiamo avuto una camera con arredamento nuovo, l'anno scorso era bello ma classico, quest'anno molto più moderno! Il wifi gratuito funzionava benissimo, cosa che spesso non accade in questi posti pubblici, avevo anche il pc dietro e ho potuto usarlo tranquillamente, il parcheggio è molto ampio, e anche questo gratuito. Per tornare ai rinnovamenti, la mattina dopo abbiamo fatto colazione in una sala moderna e soprattutto fornita di qualunque cosa! Buffet dolce e salato per tutti i gusti, io personalmente ho adorato i cornetti e i succhi! Che dire, torneremo sicuramente per altri concerti, e magari anche in altre occasioni!

Sono ritornata in questo Hotel, dopo un anno, per evento Cremonini, essendo vicino alla Stadio e munito di parcheggio, vicino a due svincoli autostradali, siamo di nuovo qui. Tante novità in Ristorante, camere e sempre la solita professionalità e ottima disponibilità del personale. Ci ritornerei ancora ! Lo raccomando a tutti

Dal primo contatto telefonico per la prenotazione fino al momento del check-out, la mia esperienza è stata estremamente positiva. Wi-Fi gratuito, buffet ricco con prodotti dolci e salati, personale gentile e professionale. Le camere, seppur un po’ datate, sono risultate impeccabilmente pulite. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio. Ci tornerò sicuramente, vista l’atmosfera cordiale e gioviale che si respira in tutta la struttura.
