Colazione senza salumi formaggi e uova.Al ristorante chiedo un'alternativa agli involtini e il cameriere dice un no secco.Chiedo il ghiaccio per il vino che non era freddo e mi dicono che non c'era.Come dessert portano una panna cotta senza ne salsa e guarnizione. Pulizia camera e spazi comuni molto approssimativa.( Ho spostato il comodino e c' era polvere.) Camera senza porta carta igienica Bagni pubblici a lato ristorante con maniglia rotta. Peccato perché la struttura avrebbe delle potenzialità.

La camera non era nemmeno degna di un ostello…terribile! Letto scomodo, pessima pulizia generale, tutto molto rumoroso. Colazione priva di parte salata, unica nota positiva il personale molto gentile e disponibile ma non potrei consigliare questa struttura se non a qualche ragazzo giovane per una vacanza estiva.

Villaggio carino, alla reception il personale non ci ha accolto bene è stato decisamente poco carino e professionale. Privo di animazione quindi ci si annoiava. Solo una sera pianobar. Cibo di non troppa qualitá e ripetitivo. Sconsigliato a gruppi che desiderano divertirsi perchè la sera non c'è nulla.

Struttura carina e accogliente una vera oasi di relax, piscina sempre pulita , verde ben curato. Personale cortese e disponibile alle richieste dei clienti in particolar modo Miriam(responsabile fruit), Serena alla reception, tutti gli addetti al settore pulizie, bagnini, i ragazzi in sala e Cristian al bar. Voto 10 e lode va: pasticciere Mimmo, in sala Veronica, al bar Nicola, animazione Valentina e Mary. Aggiungo inoltre che a differenza di altri villaggi con portate a buffet i prodotti usati per il cibo sono di buona qualità. Consigliato a famiglie con bambini, anziani e a chi cerca assoluto relax.

I had the pleasure of spending an unforgettable week at Le Dune Beach Club in June. I am originally from Messina and I was pleasantly surprised to discover this hidden gem so close to my hometown. The village is set in a breathtaking landscape, characterized by sand dunes and palm trees that create an exotic and relaxing atmosphere. The bungalows are charming and well-maintained, surrounded by English-style gardens that lead directly to the private beach. I thought I would spend a simple relaxing holiday but instead I was overwhelmed by the variety of engaging initiatives proposed by the entertainment team, always present but never intrusive. I was surprised by the exceptional level of the evening shows. The restaurant was excellent, I appreciated the variety and high quality of the food offered and the extraordinary attention and courtesy of the staff, in particular the very kind Veronica. The entire club staff was extremely competent and always ready to meet our every need. From the receptionists to the bar to the maintenance team, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. A special thanks to Serena, whose warmth and dedication truly made us feel at home. The combination of a beautiful location, excellent services, and friendly staff makes this village a perfect choice for people of all ages. I can’t wait to return!

Buona struttura, ma esperienza terribile. Soldi buttati. Personale poco rispettoso. Esperienza da evitare. Cibo ripetitivo e di scarsa qualità. Non rispettano le esigenze del cliente. Non offrono aiuti di alcun tipo. Non venite assolutamente in questa struttura.

Siamo una coppia di nonni che per il terzo anno decide di andare con le proprie nipotine presso questa struttura. Grande entusiasmo da parte delle bimbe per la loro libertà, compagnia , divertimento in questa struttura ben concentrata ed organizza nei curati spazi. Sistemazione e servizi ottimali . Verde molto curato . Personale accogliente e disponibile: abbiamo apprezzato in sala la cortese Veronica , per l’animazione rivolta ai bambini Valentina e Mary professionalità per l’intrattenimento ( animatore performer e fitness ) . Insomma , struttura consiglia per famiglie con bambini . Parla di nonni

Villaggio piccolo, non dispersivo, molto curato. Stanze pulite. Servizio buono. Cibo abbondante ma poca scelta. Animazione al top. Simpaticissimi, giovani, molto disponibili. Coinvolgono grandi e piccoli nelle attività del villaggio. Tanta musica. Nel complesso esperienza molto positiva.

Residence molto confortevole, personale competente e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza, vicinissimo alla spiaggia, piscina grande e spaziosa per adulti e piscina piccola per bambini, animazione molto presente e capace di intrattenere i bambini, Buon cibo e buona qualità del prodotto con una nota in particolare sul signor Domenico per la sua straordinaria capacità nella creazione di dolci. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci ritornerei volentieri.
