L'hotel si trova in una ottima posizione, il personale è sempre disponibile e molto gentile.
La camera aveva tutti i confort e l'ho trovata davvero interessante, la pulizia del locale è impeccabile.
Colazione a buffet ottima provvista di un abbondante scelta sia di dolce che salato.
Sicuramente tornerò dato anche la qualità/prezzo.

Je suis enchantée 🤩🤩🤩 Emplacement J’ai la vue sur la mer C’est à côté de la route mais les bruits sont très bien amorti avec les fenêtres antibruit. Arrivée autonome avec un code La chambre est accueillante avec les lampes de chevets éclairées pour ma venue . Tout fonctionne parfaitement bien , climatisation, lampes , frigo, tv ,stores. Place de parc à 2 mètres Si vous venez en train c’est 18 minutes de marche vaut mieux prendre un taxi , car avec les bagages c’est un peu long. Hôtel soigné qui sent bon le propre. Literie impeccable propreté également. Produits Rituals pour la salle de bain. Mini bar

Diese Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. Es ist nahe am Zentrum am Hafen gelegen. Alles ist sehr geschmacksvoll eingerichtet (Baujahr 2023). Das Frühstück ist kleiner aber fein. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Eigentümerin kennt sich sehr gut aus in der Gegend und kann ausgezeichnete Empfehlungen für gute Restaurants abgeben. Obwohl das Hotel eine eigenen Parkplätze hat, findet man entlang der Strasse in der BLauen Zone immer einen Parkplatz.

We highly recommend this hotel!!! We cannot express enough of how amazing the staff were….hotel was beautifully appointed! Rooms were stunning with views of the seas and cruise ships. Breakfast was wonderful, freshly made scrambled eggs with lots of fruit and pastries. Would rate this hotel a 5 ⭐️

The staff was impeccable. The owner didn't speak much English,and she was there to greet us when we arrived. The two young people who ran the day to day spoke perfect English, and They were VERY accomodating. There is not someone on property 24 hours, so just ask all your questions before 8pm. There was no problem. We left early, before breakfast opened, and we were able to still get coffee and something to eat anyway. they were very interesting. Rooms modern and sparkling clean!

Negli anni 60, da bambino, il Jolly hotel visto dal traghetto era un miraggio; Jolly Charme Suite , adesso, è molto di più. Tutto nuovo, pulito, moderno,... colazione superba; personale gentile; la proprietaria cura ogni dettaglio e si vede!!!

Jolly Charme Suite is beautiful, clean, and very modern. We had a beautiful view of the Strait of Messina.
The staff was exceptional and was there to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was unbelievable. I can't say enough positive things about his place. When we go back to Messina to visit family, we will only stay at Jolly.
