Family-friendly Hotels in Mersin

Two stars as the cleanliness is good otherwise would have been zero, however the rooms are literally joined to the next room. Each room has a connecting room that is very thin even the snoring from next door could be heard. Somebody was talking on a video call in the next room and again as no soundproofing was woken up to that. We returned in an evening after a walk along the coastline and the room was very hot even though I turned the ac on. After having a shower which I thought would help and cool me down my face had visible sweat drops Running down my face even though the ac was on. I called the reception and informed them so he fiddled with something sitting at his desk and within 30 seconds the ac actually blasted cold air. How ridiculous I had to call reception at midnight who turned it on from there end absolutely pathetic you would have thought the guest would have the option to turn it up or down. That was the first night let’s see how the rest go on. For me first impressions count and I honestly can’t see myself returning to this hotel ever again. The fridge is pathetically overflowing with alcohol that we asked to be removed as we do not drink.

Hello there! My name is Erik Mustafin. My Ref: 05461798 I have to say that I had enough patience but now I'm sick of it. First of all, I was cheated by your hotel in Mersin. How it was: I connected with your hotel there to be sure that it has non-smoking rooms with beautiful view. It was a gift for my wife’s birthday. They said that there is no problem with that. At the check-in date I reminded about my wishes, paid for two rooms and got on there. The rooms were for smoking persons; the furniture was dirty. I went down to reception immediately and asked my money back. They said that’s impossible due to me paid with the credit card and only call-center can help me. I called them and they said that I need to wait the answer from the head office. I was waiting for 3 hours, called them back but nobody answered. And I suppose my phone number is still blocked for them. I tried to resolve my problem using e-mail, but they answered me only once, requested some information about payment, I gave all the documents they wanted. After that, they stopped to answer me too. It’s because they have to give my money back but they don’t want to. As I wrote before it was absolutely disgusting and dirty staying there and didn't get my money back at the same moment. I wrote you to help me resolve my problem and I'm still waiting for you answer like a fool. I was pretty sure that an organization like yours doesn't treat like this their clients. In fact, you keep me waiting for more than 5 months, it's unacceptable. I want you to connect me with the CEO because I want my money back. 4 300 turkish lira. You have my dates; I want you to connect with me as soon as possible. Otherwise I will have to make my case public.

Best hotel in the town with reasonable price, i spent 2 days there it was just perfect. The location of the hotel can not be better , in the city center where every thing is accessible. The hotel was perfectly clean and fresh looked. If i come to visit Mersin in the future for sure i will chose this hotel agian.

Сервис хороший, чемоданы сразу забрали, принесли в номер. Везде чисто, уютно. Завтраки Турецкие, омлет жарят при тебе с чем выберешь. Номер небольшой выбрали, 1 двуспальная и 1 односпальная, нас четверо, дочь малая, так что все уместились без доп раскладушки, без доплат за девчонку. А ещё через 3 недели после отъезда вспомнил что в ящике в номере оставил жесткий диск с семейным архивом и мышь эпл, приехал, всё вернули. Прекрасно, я считаю. @semenmainsky

Nicely located, easy to find and very accommodating staff who are genuinely friendly and welcoming. Apartment and rooms were clean and well equipped. For a stop over in Mersin you should feel very comfortable and safe. Free parking provided on site, several markets and hospital very close by.

Two friends stayed in your hotel for a week. All was very nice. We spent great time with the sincerity and sincerity of the staff who worked in the room cleaning position.
