The rooms are in dire need of updating, with mold in the bathroom and no basic necessities kit and no coffee machine in the room. Novotel has dropped significantly in France, which is disappointing. It's good for one night, but not much more!

The hotel environment is very good, one-story building. There is a bar and a swimming pool. It is only 2km away from the airport. There is a direct light rail service, which is very convenient. The surrounding environment is also good.

Hoteller lever ikke op til de 4 stjerner og heller ikke til de billeder der er samt prisen. Det var slidt, lugtede og beskidte værelser og generelt bare ikke 4 stjerner. Men flot lobby

Bien qu'il ait été rénové en partie, il est décevant. La nouvelle piscine manque d'une rampe d'accès, le service au bar et au restaurant est médiocre et le parc, piscine et autres espaces ne sont pas débarrassés régulièrement. Dommage... Petit déjeuner varié et copieux mais la qualité des vins au bar laisse à désirer : un vin rouge frais servi à température ambiante...

Good location that includes parking. Tram to go downtown across the street, very convenient. Restaurant Hippopotamus is very good. Nice swimming pool.

Some good things, good location near airport and transport, most staff helpful, nice landscaping and gardens. However booked a room for 4 adults, first night pull out bed broke - turns out it was missing numerous slats, we moved room overnight (by a fairly grumpy staff member) but same thing happened again in new room which again had several slats missing. Got fixed next day by maintenance guy who turned up with a load of slats as if this happens often. Other than that decent stay in hotel part. Restaurant not great, first night asked for a carafe of water (in French along with making a drinks order) about 5 times and it never came and I got given a main that turns out wasn't what I ordered as the order appeared 5 mins later. next night starters and mains arrived all at the same time and the waitress wasn't remotely interested in taking them away, really quite stroppy. The restaurant is an independent one -Hippopotamus. Pool and bar good
