Booked a two queen studio for 1 night on my way to Baton Rouge. On the way, I received a called from the hotel saying there was an overbooking for queens would I mind changing to king suite. I said no problem. I liked how spacious the king 1 bedroom suite was. Stayed in room 301. The staff was very friendly. And the room was clean, just signs of wear and tear. For breakfast, tried the potato wedges and spicy chicken breast fillet, which was the first time I have seen on a Home2 suites breakfast bar. Experienced no problems. I would stay here again if I come through the area.

This place is disgusting and when it was brought to the staff’s attention, they said it was because they are “renovating.” This is filth….not renovation! I paid $50 extra for the “pet-cleaning fee” and there was no offer for a refund, which is absolutely diabolical. For $200 a night, this is NOT good enough. Stay somewhere else.

Great Hotel!
Great place to stay. The hotel was nice and clean. The room was huge and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

The stay was very unpleasant. I made it to the hotel late in the evening and I went to 3 rooms. Each room had dirty sheets, with hair and food in the beds. As if someone slept in the beds and then made the beds. on the bed. Terrible floors and awful smells in the rooms. I didn’t use the bathrooms and I didn’t take off my shoes. I had no choice to stay because of how late it was and I only had a few hours to sleep before going to my daughter’s graduation. The experience was not pleasant at all.

I loved how friendly the staff was. Sahauntavia was extremely professional and very polite. There was another staff member that saw an issue when we checked in and she worked it out with ease. We appreciate her so much. The breakfast was great as well. The gym was nice and I was able to get a few quick workouts during our stay. Our room wasn’t the cleanest but we made it work. Overall it was a good time.

The front desk staff were very nice and friendly especially the young lady by the name of Sha, very hospitable. My complaint was the smell. I didn’t realize it was pet friendly and it definitely had the doggie smell on the 3rd floor where our room was. The room we were initially given hadn’t been properly cleaned and we were switched out to another room. I wouldn’t say it wasn’t a horrible stay but I do feel it was grossly overpriced, but they definitely have kind staff members.
