I didn’t take advantage of all the amenities; my stay was quite short. Not having a vehicle while in town, it was nice that there were a couple of places very close by to get some food. But the hotel and staff were nice. 👍🏽

The staff is great, but the hotel is under renovation. Be aware that new owners require a $100 deposit, but this is NOT an indication of a poor Location. This was really quiet, comfortable and friendly. There are some issues though. There are some spots that need work, the water pressure is poor for showers, and the breakfast needs some work, but they are trying. There is a lot to do to remedy previous owner mistakes, and they are working on it. Overall, a great experience, and you can see the path that they are trying to go down. In the future, this might just be a great hotel if they continue to work these issues.

I own a company and have to reserve hotels in several states and have never had a driver with a problem until last night checking in putting a card on file for incidentals because the driver's name didn't match the card. I used that card to pay for the hotel but they refused to use it when the driver arrived. Even at this hotel we've had drivers stay with no problem. They did send me a CC authorization but it took almost an hour for the driver to be able to get to his room. Someone with a little too much power last night and they certainly used it. Won't stay there again

The staff was efficient and friendly. The hotel was very clean. Our room was hot but the water was not, both were tepid . The television was going out. The screen was dotted with spots of white lights.

Ok stay, safe area but would not make it a repeat.
Safe area and friendly staff though not overly so. Decent enough room. Showing age, previous guests hair in shower, toilet had been used prior to our check in. Definitely a rushed cleaning of the room. I appreciated the room was very convenient to the elevator and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good.
