Si buscas comodidad y buen servicio, este hotel no es la mejor opción. Desde que llegué, la experiencia no fue agradable. Mi habitación era pequeña y tenía un fuerte olor a humedad. Pedí cambio en recepción y, después de muchas trabas, me movieron… pero a una habitación junto a la bodega. ¿El resultado? Ruido constante de personal entrando y saliendo, imposible descansar. Quise aprovechar el tiempo trabajando, pero sorpresa: no hay un espacio adecuado para ello, ni tomas accesibles para conectar la computadora. Para colmo, el internet es pésimo y la señal intermitente. El estacionamiento es otro problema: si está lleno, tienes que dejar tu auto bloqueando a otros huéspedes, lo que significa que pueden despertarte en plena madrugada para moverlo. Un verdadero caos. En resumen, el hotel puede ser económico, pero el mal servicio, la incomodidad y la falta de atención al huésped hacen que no valga la pena. Mejor buscar otras opciones en Mérida. 🚫🏨

Habitación impecable, solo que se me hizo con espacios reducidos. Excelente recepción, excelente aseo, y en lo general el diseño arquitectonico moderno. Muy buena ubicación, área tranquila. Sugiero habiliten un elevador ya que cuenta con varios pisos.

El empleado Carlos de recepción es de lo peor, no sabe resolver problemas ni tratar al huésped, la tarjeta de mi habitación se desprogramó en dos ocasiones, la última me dice “posiblemente no la sabe ocupar” fuimos abrir la puerta y no abrió, le pedí que el intentara abrir y tampoco, le pregunté, “tampoco sabes abrir la puerta?” A lo que contestó “posiblemente tampoco sé” la instalación es muy buena, pero la actitud de esta persona hecha a perder todo lo demás. Aparte reservé una habitación doble y cómo le dije que quería dos camas dijo que eso era con costo extra, lo cual se pago, pero la actitud de “Carlos” es pésima.

Salvo la comunicación por WhatsApp que tiene mucho espacio a mejoría. El hotel es moderno y cómodo. Con habitaciones suficientemente amplias para una persona viajando a negocios. Los detalles de limpieza y cuidados en general del hotel se ven muy bien. Todo se ve como nuevo.

Estuve dos noches y la primera noche habitación con un olor fuertísimo a caño, habitación sin ventilar, ya que solo tenía una mini ventana. Me cambiaron de habitación la siguiente noche y esa habitación olía 5 veces más HORRIBLE a CAÑO, las cobijas apestaban a pies… en ambas habitaciones que me cambiaron las cobijas SIN LAVAR. El desayuno muy rico, pero poca variedad.
