Muy bonito y cómodo, para el costo está muy bien. Y cerca de todo lo que necesitaba para el momento. Fui por I trámite de SRE y estaba muy cerca. Y cerca del paseo Montejo donde fuimos a cenar. En realidad está muy cómodo y sin nada de ruido. Las camas y las almohadas estaba muy cómodas

Pésima limpieza del lugar, tuve una estancia de 4 días y en ninguno de esos días realizaron limpieza general de la habitación, aunado a eso al siguiente día de la llegada se reportó la suciedad del cuarto informando a la recepción que habia lentejas de fin de año que probablemente otro huésped arrojó al piso y solo comentaron que se tenía que reportar de inmediato para que pudieran cambiar la habitación, se comentó que por favor limpiaran la habitación, año cual nunca sucedió en los siguientes días de estancia y no se tuvo respuesta por parte del staff del hotel, el lugar es muy vistoso pero la limpieza de cuarto, regaderas y baño dejan mucho que desear, ojalá y puedan corregir para que mejoren el servicio a sus huéspedes.

Nos hospedamos dos personas y necesitábamos dos tarjetas de acceso y nos comunicaron que solo se entregaba una tarjeta por habitación.
La ubicación del hotel es excelente y el hotel es simple y cómodo para dormir.
Hay que tener en cuenta que la limpieza solo se realiza una vez cada siete días aunque diariamente tienden camas y sacan basura. tampoco se cambian diário toallas pero si se requiere uno mismo puede bajar a cambiarlas.
La habitación tiene cocineta y refrigerador pero hay que considerar que no hay trastes ni cafetera.

Pésimo servicio al cliente. No resuelven tus necesidades. Tuve un inconveniente con el clima y literalmente no pudieron ayudarme. En una ciudad donde es indispensable para poder descansar. Aunado al guardia que esta en la entrada que es déspota y grosero en las respuestas que da.
