Excellent hôtel à Mérida. Très bien situé. Lieu plein de charme et la sympathie du personnel qui fait beaucoup. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents. Les chambres sont très bien équipées : frigo climatisation . Type hacienda avec une végétation luxuriante qui fait un lieu reposant. À proximité d excellent hôtel eta 15 minutes à pied du centre ville.

Little gem in the middle of Merida. Great friendly staff, very helpful. Shout out to the reception staff.You can ask about everything. Close to Santa Ana eateries. 15 min walk to Plaza grande and 15 min to Walmart.

This was our fifth time staying at the Hotel Santa Ana. It is a truly charming hotel. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. It has a lovely courtyard with a small pool. However, it is not a luxury hotel. The furnishings are simple. The WiFi can be spotty. There is no elevator. Still, it is one of my absolute favorites. I look forward to returning soon.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and loved it. It is a small boutique hotel but all the staff were very friendly. They cleaned our room everyday and the a/c kept the room plenty cool. The breakfast was fine but there are so many places in the area to eat that we only ate there one time. I would recommend this hotel if you are ok with small and not a lot of amenities. It worked for us.

A True Gem
Wonderful experience! Room was clean and comfortable. Pool and common areas were nice and relaxing. Best of all was the staff who made us feel so welcomed and were very helpful with all our questions. Will definitely choose to stay here again if my travels take me back to Merida!
