Muy cerca de un lugar turistico, historico, hermoso y colonial de la ciudad de mérida, asi como de la vida nocturna, para disfrutar tambien por el dia, en las cercanias de construcciones al estilo europeo conservador. El hotel es cómodo, tranquilo, bonito. Y la atención amable y agradable del personal. Una linda estancia para descansar, cuenta con estacionamiento, aunque pequeño en general, pero esto lo hace acogedor.

I reserved my room on their website and paid a 50% deposit. When I arrived, I was told that they did not have the money and that I had to pay in full. And that was after showing them my receipt from their own website. Never pay in advance would be my advice. You get what you pay for here. They do have great showers.

Musty smell
Strong musty smell in the room, I think it needs ventilation because it is very clean, but it smells musty. We reported burned-out light bulbs in the vanity, but they weren't replaced. And the shower doesn't run properly.
