Tristemente esta muy viejo el hotel, llegamos y estaba el bell boy jugando domino con la musica a todo volumen, las toallas percididas y los baños super viejos! No tiene redtaurante. No me gusto nada!!

Pésimo servicio. Reserve una habitación para uno de nuestros empleados. Lleva hospedado casi 20 días. Ya tuvo problema de que no hay agua caliente, no sirve el elevador pero lo peor de toda su estadía es que en los últimos 8 días no le han echo la limpieza del cuarto por más que se los ha pedido. Se comunicó por WhatsApp para que atendieran su petición y su respuesta fue "Lo más razonable es que se comunique con su agencia. Nosotros sólo le podemos dar toallas". Por favor eso es deslindarse de su responsabilidad como hotel , no resuelven y aún le quedan 3 días de estancia. Bonitos sus protocolos. Por nuestra parte haremos lo posible para que ya no envíen a nuestros empleados ahí y por dar a conocer por todos los medios el tipo de servicio que ofrecen.

He quedado encantada de mi estadía. El hotel está muy limpio, ordenado y en excelente ubicación. Todos son muy amables, Pablo, Wendy y Clara hicieron nuestra estancia maravillosa. Las habitaciones me gustaron mucho y sin dudas regresaría.

Tantos viajes a Mérida y tantos malos hoteles, no puedo creer que no conocía el Misión Mérida Panamericana. El personal de servicio y recepción sumamente amables, la habitación muy espaciosa y limpia, funcionando bien el a/a y el agua caliente, suficientes amenidades, toallas, etc. La parte frontal del hotel es un hermoso edificio antiguo en donde se encuentran los salones de reunión. La parte interior donde están las habitaciones es otra construcción un poco mas reciente. Hay alberca, mesa de billar, y un estacionamiento muchísimo muy amplio y cómodo, lo cual es maravilloso considerando que está en pleno centro de la ciudad. El estacionamiento cuenta con cargadores para autos eléctricos. Excelente ubicación en el centro a unas cuadras de la plaza principal. A pesar de la ubicación, mi habitación era silenciosa, para mi es muy importante poder dormir sin ruidos externos.

Excelente opcion para hospedarte en la blanca merida buenas habitaciones espaciosa limpieza y sobre todo muy buena ubicacion ya que el centro esta a 4 cuadras y restaurantes y de hay te puedes dirigir a cualquien parte.

El hotel es una joya arquitectónica. Con céntrica ubicación y estacionamiento. La atención de su personal es excelente y muy amable! Las camas súper cómodas brindan muy buen descanso. Definitivamente regresamos!

This hotel is well-located, about 10 minutes walk from the Centro Historico. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, quiet and pretty. There are beautiful views from the balconies, and the pool is just beautiful. Although they do not currently serve food, there are nearby places to eat. Pablo was particularly helpful and knowledgeable.

Una Pena de Hotel , desafortunadamente pasa cuando un hotel está abandonado, para empezar el cuarto que nos dieron se inundó en la noche nos tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto la luz se fue varias veces solo sirve un elevador , no tiene restaurante ni servicios a cuartos en fin ya no sigo porque me canso una pena reserven en otro lugar .

Hotel ist sehr groß. Etwas außerhalb des Zentrums , man erreicht es auch zu Fuß relativ schnell. Die Eingangshalle ist toll. Zimmer und Bad waren groß und sauber , aber irgendwie fühlte ich mich in Außenbereich wie in eine Kaserne. Preis war OK . Für eine Nacht war es OK .
