Hola El hotel es muy bonito todo funciona razonablemente bien. Solo tengo algunos comentarios que espero les sirvan. Hay muy poca presión en las regaderas. El restaurante es extraordinario pero tiene un servicio muy lento. Y por último y también referente al restaurante, deberían de tener cierta flexibilidad en su carta, es decir, tener algunas opciones tipo cafetería; sándwiches, fruta y cosas ligeras para cenar o que bien estuvieran abiertos a prepararte algo sencillo. Por lo demás, el hotel funciona muy bien.

La decoración muy mexicana y tradicional, las amenidades, el servicio, de primera! Felicidades! Un lugar muy acogedor con un toque histórico. Muy bien ubicado. Mi familia y yo disfrutamos este toque antiguo. El spa increíble. El restaurante de primera y la comida riquísima.

We stayed at Rosas & Xocolate for 8 days and enjoyed every moment. The hotel is centrally located on the main paseo which made touring the local squares and other attractions easy to get to both day and night. Our room was comfortable - I slept soundly every night, the service was outstanding - the hotel was always clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly - always willing to help as needed. We took full advantage of all the services offered: spa, dining and their outdoor patios. We had dinner there late our first night after a long day of travel and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and great service. It was five stars above most other hotels' restaurants. Our room came with a complimentary breakfast. It too was delicious and had many choices, allowing us to try many local breakfast foods and beverages each morning. I would like to give a particular 'shout out' to Crisiant, the sales manager/concierge. He was extremely helpful in advance of our stay helping us arrange a private birding tour, sending us a list of excellent local restaurants within walking distance and rearranging our reservation and transportation from the airport on the fly when our stay was delayed due to an airline issues.

We had a reservation at the hotel from November 2 to 5. They gave us a dirty room with an old, crooked mattress, torn sheets, a dirty floor, and water leaking everywhere. We decided to leave the room on the 3rd and ask for a refund, but they refused.
