Es un hotel pequeño bonito, el personal es muy amable, bonitas habitaciones, pero tiene un lobby muy pequeño, un hotel propio para parejas, ya que no hay espacios , desgraciadamente hay mucho ruido en las noches por un problema de tuberías o no se que cosa que todo el tiempo se escucha que se asota como un apuerta, no he podido descansar en los días que lllevo aquí, la alberca es pequeña y está en un 2 piso.

Muy lindo hotel, está muy tranquilo a comparación de varios comentarios que había leído, si hay bares al rededor pero no es impedimento para descansar, sirve bien la TV, el aire y el baño cuenta con agua caliente. El único inconveniente fue el area de la alberca, ya que al estar al aire libre está un poco sucia y el agua helada. Pero volvería sin problema, fue muy buena experiencia.

Me quedé 4 noches y todo estuvo muy mal. De todo el personal de la recepción, solamente 2 personas son amables, las demás no, incluso fui con una persona en muletas y nunca ayudaron en nada. La alberca no tenía agua, el wc del cuarto únicamente tuvo agua 1 día, es decir los demás 3 días no bajo el baño, encontrándose sucio, lo reportamos 3 veces pero no lo arreglaron y la regadera no es buena, más de la mitad está tapada. Cuando hicimos la reservación online pagamos una garantía y cuando llegamos al hotel nos la volvieron a cobrar, lo cual lo comentamos desde ese momento y mostramos el pago así como la reserva, comentando que ellos no podían hacer nada, sin embargo, mas tarde, la nueva señorita de recepción nos dijo que si mandábamos mail podía darnos una solución, por lo que se lo mandamos acreditando incluso el doble pago y después de 10 días del checkout no nos la quieren devolver.
