Muy mal servicio porque tuvieron eventos todo el fin de semana, no hubo room service ni servicio en la alberca porque estaban ocupados, si no vas a tener el servicio que prometes no recibas reservaciones fuera de tus eventos o contrata más gente (eran 2 meseros para 250 personas de evento) pero de verdad muy mala experiencia, terrible

Nunca te dejan saber que no te daran factura, mi viaje fue de trabajo y tuve muchos problemas por no tener factura NO es un ligar para quedarse si vas de trabajo.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, la arquitectura es muy linda y la terraza fue mi parte favorita. La ubicación es perfecta para conocer la ciudad porque es una zona tranquila pero queda cerca caminando de muchos lugares. Los desayunos están muy ricos y la atención de todos es excepcional!!

Fantastic property. Gorgeous rooms, very clean. We were staying here with a wedding party and it was wonderful. Cocktails were amazing, breakfast was included and delicious. Easy walk to busier parts of Merida and def not in the more touristy section of town. We loved it!! Will definitely be back. Big thanks to Ivan, Elias and Marianna who took very good care of us … and attended to our impromptu rooftop pool party this week. 😂 Would not hesitate to visit again!
