This place was filthy, floors were thick with dirt had a balcony which would have been lovely but was dirty and had a plate full of dirty cigarette ends. A dirty hand towel in the bathroom which was still damp from whoever had stayed there before us breakfast had been left put with nothing covering it to stop the flies etc on it but location is brilliant would never stay there again SORRY

Beautiful place with the nicest owner.
Such a nice place with the sweetest owner, everything is so well done and the rooms have a beautiful homemade vibe. Breakfast is delicious and varied from day to day.
Be aware that if you book through Hotels.con and don’t pay in advance, you have to pay in cash. We were allowed to postpone the payment until we had money in cash though.

Excelente valor por su precio muy económico una ubicación privilegiada desayuno incluido es pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia el personal es atento y trata de resolver cualquier inquietud y el servicio en general es bastante bueno

It was a pleasure to stay at T´ÚUBUL K´IIN BED & BREAKFAST. It’s located in a nice community at walking distance to the center. The room was very nice and clean with a big balcony. Decent breakfast freshly made every day with different menus. Chef Pedro even had us tried the best Mexican dessert made by his Mom. When my son lost his phone in an Uber car, Pedro helped us communicating with the driver and amazingly got it back (Thanks Pedro again!). Owner Alberto was the most thoughtful, sweetest, kindest host I've ever met. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very easy to contact & responsive. He let us know of places to explore and eat even started from our trip planning. We'd definitely book again!

Esta bonito, tiene un ambiente agradable, dan un desayuno el cual es suficiente para resisitir la mañana, tienen todo muy bien cuidado y la atencion siempre es agradable.
Si esta un poquito (pero poquito) lejos del centro pero nada que no se solucione con una caminata o transporte publico.
Lo mejor es que de verdad la limpieza del lugar es increíble.
