Senza dubbio venduto ad un prezzo molto superiore al suo reale valore, colazione povera , personale poco disponibile, abbiamo soggiornato in altre strutture durante la nostra vacanza , tutte molto più accoglienti e curate , la mancanza del bidè , incomprensibile, molto probabilmente questa struttura non è fatta per la clientela italiana .

Sono andata in questo hotel anche sulla base dei giudizi letti. Ho trovato un ambiente carino, il signor Alfred molto gentile e ospitale, camere nella norma.Ma devo registrare dei difetti: Il primo cena alle ore 18.30, max 18.50 . Secondo difetto :porzioni scarse, compensate dal buon buffet di insalate, ma , in assenza di questo, come è capitato una sera, ci si alza da tavola ancora affamati Ottimo il buffet di dolci ( una sola sera), e di antipasti ( una sola sera), ottima la posizione a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro

Besitzer wurde handgreiflich, hat uns beleidigt und raus geworfen. Mussten früher raus und hatten denn voll Betrag bezahlt. Bis heute keine Entschuldigung oder Rückerstattung. Nur weil uns die Junior Chefin am Abend vorher zum Essen lies obwohl wir nicht durften und wir meinten am nächsten Tag können wir das auch. Sie hat uns Nachmittags für den gleichen Abend eintragen lassen und man musste sich bis 10 Uhr morgens eintragen, was absolut kein Problem ist, hätte sie uns am Vortag das gesagt. Wir haben es akzeptiert aber die Besitzerin musste mich ermahnen und der Besitzer kam dazu und hat wie oben erwähnt reagiert. Ich bin immer noch schockiert, dass man so mit Gästen umgeht nur weil man eine Frage zu viel gestellt hat. Nun meldet sich die Junior Chefin dazu obwohl sie nicht dabei war und schreibt Unwahrheit und wir sind natürlich die „schlechten“. Unglaublich und traurig….

Struttura a pochi passi dal centro di Merano che fonde perfettamente la tradizione alla modernità. La struttura nel complesso è davvero graziosa e dispone anche di una bellissima piscina riscaldata all’esterno. La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato era arredata con uno stile moderno e minimale, dotata di ogni tipo di comfort e con un ampio balcone. La colazione ricca e abbondante e servita in un’ ampia sala con veranda panoramica: iniziare la giornata ammirando le montagne è tutta un’altra storia… Ma il vero pezzo forte è lo staff! Un grazie particolare va a Linda e Sabina che non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla e ci hanno accolto in maniera calorosa ❤️ A presto!

We spent a week at the Salgart as part of an Inghams holiday, we had a first floor room with a balcony overlooking the pool, with views of the valley. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have a safe and plenty of space for clothes etc. It maybe lacks in some of the little extras such as bottled water, small fridge and a kettle, but thats only a minor detail. We had a half board stay and the food (home made/cooked) was excellent, the staff at the hotel are friendly and speak Italian, German and English, they were particularly helpful advising us on which buses we needed to catch. The pool is outdoor and heated, so even if its cool and raining you can still have a nice swim. The hotel is a good 10-15 minutes level walk from the centre of town, depending on how fast you walk, but the location is lovely and peaceful, and if you've booked half board you don't really need to go back out in the evening .

Wir waren jetzt bereits zum 3. Mal im Hotel Salgart. Wie immer ein toller, erholsamer Urlaub. Besitzer und Angestellte sehr nett und freundlich. Zimmer absolut sauber, toller Balkon. Man bekommt immer einen Platz am beheizten Pool. Essen hervorragend. Fals mal etwas fehlt oder eine Lampe defekt war, wurde es sofort erledigt. Hotel liegt ruhig, Meran fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Location ristrutturata da poco, molto pulita. Vicino al centro di Merano, facilmente raggiungibile in bicicletta (in dotazione gratuita), personale gentile e disponibile. Piscina con acqua calda 30 gradi, molto piacevole. Colazione superlativa.

Very nice hotel , so clean , big rooms and very good , the bath is big and arranged well , free parking , free Wi-Fi , twelve minutes from the centre , the breakfast is excellent and includes so much to eat , The hotel is suitable for four stars at least , hope to visit again
