Zimmer eher nicht allzu gross, Bad aber neu. Mobiliar durchschnittlich . Weinkarte aber absolut top zu guten Preisen. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster am morgen schwierig da Liefercamions rückwärts fahrend piepsen.

Schon bei der Ankunft fühlten wir uns sehr Willkommen, diese war auch während des gesamten Aufenthalt so. Schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Tollen Park. Bei dem Frühstücksbüfett konnten wir nur ins Schwärmen kommen. Ebenso das tolle Abendessen, jeweils mit zuvorkommenden freundlichen Personal.

This is undoubtedly one of the two best hotels we have ever stayed in and we are now 72 years old. We came here to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary and wanted somewhere special. It was certainly that and more!! It is impossible to find fault in anything. Finest cuisine (both in quality and range of choice), breakfasts to die for, exemplary service, welcoming and friendly staff who can’t do enough to help( nothing is too much trouble for them!) Excellent hotel location and masses to see and do in the vicinity - the use of the included Merano guest card is an absolute bonus for using public transport in the region. Can’t recommend highly enough and would love to return again in the future.

Auch in diesem Jahr vergeben wir gerne wieder *5 Sterne Plus* . Das tolle Hotel mit dem wunderschönen Garten ,mitten in Meran ,liegt ruhig und trotzdem sehr zentral. Wir fühlen uns in unserem Urlaub, seit mehreren Jahren , sehr wohl im „ Mignon“. Das gesamte Team ist zuvorkommend, freundlich und von einer wohltuenden Herzlichkeit. Frühstück und Abendessen immer wieder top. Auch an die Bar, mit den vielen verschiedenen Drinks, vergeben wir gerne * 5 Sterne Plus*.

Sehr viel Blick für das Detail lässt keine Wünsche offen und zwar sowohl bei den Zimmern, Lage, Pool und Spa. Ein sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Service in allen Bereichen, hervorragende Küche und eine kurzweilige Bar runden das Bild zur vollsten Zufriedenheit ab. Einem erneuten Aufenthalt steht nichts im Wege. Vielen Dank.

I feel sure that I will fail to do justice to the sheer beauty and perfection of the tranquil haven that this family run hotel and spa so effortlessly manage to deliver The hustle and bustle of Merano disappear after a few hundred meters down a quite side street and give way to the serene gardens of the hotel What it’s impossible to convey is the heavy scent of jasmine and magnolia that hang in the air The rest rooms are quiet, clean and beautifully laid out The communal areas span a huge area offering the ability to find your own quiet corner to relax and watch the cotton wool clouds gently roll across the mountains and you are able listen to the cuckoos and swifts chatter to each other At meal times Christof, Luca and their team have taken care of us so beautifully while the kitchen have provided us with the most gorgeous local produce, the flavours outweigh the superb presentation and can only really be appreciated on tasting them A faultless experience! Thank you

Il lusso in famiglia. Grazie a Sissi, Florian e Philipp. Un'oasi verde nel cuore di Merano. Ottima cucina, camera 5 stelle e una spa dove il relax é assicurato. Anche gli amici a 4 zampe sono i benvenuti e possono contare su un'area privata dove sgambettare sull'erba.

Sono stati tre giorni di coccole e di meraviglie. Sissi, Florian, Philipp e Tecla sono padroni di casa unici. Ci torneremo sempre. Siamo stati benissimo. Stanze accoglienti, cucina divina (carne, pesce e dolci fatti in casa). spa con personale gentile e professionale.
