Recensie: Zeer onvriendelijk personeel en misleidende informatie – absoluut geen aanrader! Wat een teleurstellende en frustrerende ervaring bij Therme Merano. Wij hadden een waardebon gekocht met het idee een ontspannen dag te beleven, maar kwamen van een koude kermis thuis. Blijkbaar moet je de bon activeren via een app én via diezelfde app een reservering maken. Deze informatie stond totaal niet duidelijk op de website, waardoor we daar met goede bedoelingen aankwamen — zonder geldige reservering volgens hun systeem. In plaats van ons vriendelijk te woord te staan of mee te denken over een oplossing, werden we op ronduit onbeschofte wijze behandeld door maar liefst drie personeelsleden. Er was geen greintje begrip of klantvriendelijkheid. Sterker nog: er werd letterlijk gezegd dat we “pech hadden” en dat we ons geld kwijt waren. Geen hulp, geen alternatief, geen excuses. Ik ben nog nooit zó onvriendelijk benaderd in een wellness- of hospitalityomgeving. Echt schandalig hoe er met klanten wordt omgegaan. Voor ons nooit meer Therme Merano — en ik raad het iedereen af die waarde hecht aan duidelijke communicatie en respectvolle behandeling.

Great hotel in a great location. Our stay was great! The pool area bar doesn’t serve you until midday which is very strange. We wanted drinks a lot earlier than this but couldn’t get one. This was our only negative really, or I would have given it 5 stars. Rooms lovely, breakfast good, the dining and bar area is beautiful! The biggest standout for us were the evening bar staff especially Alberto, he is an absolute credit to the hotel and a really lovely guy!

Un Hotel con dei servizi straordinari . Personale al Top in ogni reparto. Tutti professionali , sorridenti e disponibili . Colazione dolce e salato con una scelta di 10 formaggi , compresa la mozzarella! Un continental breakfast a 5 stelle , pane di vari tipi , marmellate , ecc. Sky Spa da Hollywood, Garden Spa da sogno , coccole e ancora coccole . Abbiamo vissuto cinque giorni da sogno , oltre le nostre aspettative ci mancava solo di volare ...un sogno tangibile . Sono stata più volte ospite all’Hotel Terme Merano e consiglio l'esperienza. Tanti punti di forza. Location perfetta: collegato alle bellissime terme, con accesso libero per gli ospiti dell'hotel; vicinissimo al centro storico, ma anche ideale per godere delle splendide passeggiate in montagna e degli eventi in piazza Terme. Molte stanze sono state recentemente rinnovate con grande gusto per creare un ambiente rilassante, e tutti gli ambienti interni ed esterni sono curatissimi. Due aree Spa al top: In particolare, la Sky Spa h una vista a 360° sulla città e sulle montagne, le saune panoramiche e la sala relax sono uno "spazio fuori dal tempo". Colazione pantagruelica, con un’ampia selezione di dolce e salato, e sempre perfettamente allestita dalle 7:00 alle 11:00. Personale impeccabile: ogni membro dello staff – dalla reception, al ristorante, all’area piscina e Spa – è sempre sorridente, attento e pronto a esaudire ogni desiderio. Ci si sente davvero “viziati”. L’unico lieve neo è la moquette nei corridoi, che contrasta un po’ con la raffinatezza dei pavimenti in legno delle camere. Ma è un dettaglio trascurabile rispetto all’esperienza complessiva.

Das Hotel ist schon seit Jahren unser Stammhotel in Meran. Die Vorteile sind einfach zu überzeugend: zentral gelegen, tolle Wellnessanlage mit Infinity Pool auf dem Dach, Bademantelgang mit freiem Zugang zur Therme, komfortable Zimmer, super Buffets und eine äusserst freundliche Atmosphäre und ein guter Kontakt zur Direktion. Dieses Mal haben wir das sanft renovierte Zimmer Cedro in der dritten Etage Richtung Innenhof mit neuem Badezimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer ist nicht allzu gross, hat aber einen Balkon, ist ruhig und bietet viel Stauraum. Für drei Nächte in Bezug auf Preis und Leistung keine schlechte Wahl. Leider waren wir mit der Kulinarik diesmal nicht total glücklich. An zwei Abenden wurde der Hauptgang nicht mehr schön angerichtet auf einem Teller serviert, sondern alle Zutaten zusammengemischt in einer Bowl. Kann mir vorstellen, dass dies die Arbeit der Küche erleichtert, aber für den Gast ist dies nicht schön anzusehen, und die Einzelaromen kommen nicht mehr zum Tragen. Auch haben wir, bisher ungewohnt, am Vorspeisen- oder Frühstücksbuffet öfters leere Platten angetroffen. Auch das etwas lieblose Focaccia in der Sky Bar hat uns erstaunt, etwas versöhnt hat uns der vorzügliche Aperol Spritz. Insgesamt würde ich mir wünschen, beim nächsten Besuch wieder die gewohnte Sorgfalt in der Kulinarik anzutreffen. Denn die nächste Fahrt ins Südtirol wird uns wohl wieder in unser Stammhotel führen.

Ottimo hotel nel cuore di Merano. Centro raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Camere ampie spaziose e pulite. Personale cortese. Bella la SPA privata a collegato con percorso interno facilmente percorribile con le Terme Comunali molto belle. Buona la colazione.
