Nach dem Öffnen des Eingangstores und der Einfahrt vor das Hotel spürt man schnell, hier ist der Ort für etwas besonderes! Bis ins Zimmer wird einem alles abgenommen und viel Freundliches entgegengebracht. Das Haus besticht durch viele kleine Details die sehr schön hergerichtet sind. Die Terrasse thront hoch über Meran und die Aussicht ist auch bei regnerischem Wetter sehr gut. Das Essen ist unter anderem mit vielen regionalen Produkten zusammengestellt und jeder Gang ist ein kleiner Gaumenschmaus! Unser Aufenthalt war wiederum sehr erholsam und absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Wir durften schon oft zu Gast sein in diesem einmaligen Hotel. Die wundervolle Atmosphäre, die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals und die ausgezeichnete Küche, die uns in den vielen Jahren nicht einmal enttäuscht hat. Das Frühstück sucht ohnehin seines gleichen und ist nach unserer Auffassung nicht zu toppen. Danke an alle für dieses Paradies auf Erden und diesen Kraftort der besonderen Art. Wir kommen immer wieder.

Simplesmente perfeito, adorável e romântico
Excelente. Excedeu as expectativas que já eram grandes pelo material de apresentação do Castel. O jardim é um verdadeiro sonho, só alguém com muita sensibilidade para criar tantos espaços para contemplação e repouso. A gentileza de todos os colaboradores é sincera e contagiante. Nos espaços internos o cuidado com a escolha das peças decorativas é também perfeita. Todos os inúmeros espaços são harmônicos e nos levam ao encantamento. O café da manhã é sensacional, somando a riqueza da cultura gastronômica germânica com a italiana. Assim também o restaurante apresenta pratos excelentes. A localização é perfeita para o “dolce far niente”. Não

Imaginez un havre de paix dans un ancien château protégé des regards par une route en serpentin. Et là vous arrivez dans un Relais Châteaux au milieu des vignes, à quelques pas d’une des plus hautes cascades d’Europe. L’équipe vous accueille en tenue traditionnelle Tyrolienne et vous conduit à votre chambre confortable, surtout chaleureuse avec vue sur les collines environnantes. Vous êtes à la fois proche de Merano et suffisamment loin. Best of both world… le soir on se demande si l’on devrait ressortir dîner, grave erreur, le restaurant de l’hôtel est un enchantement. La gentillesse de l’équipe, la maîtrise culinaire du chef, son inventivité en font une adresse à ne pas rater. La piscine extérieure, le jardin, le spa confidentiel avec des massages très réussis sont autant de raisons pour rester rallonger son séjour sur place, se reposer, profiter et oublier le monde extérieur.

Die Fragsburg - Ein Ort der Ruhe, der Zurückgezogenheit, der Besinnung, des Wohlfühlens, des "bei sich sein können/dürfen", der exzellenten Küche und wunderbaren Weine, der Balance in jeglicher Hinsicht, des Respekts und der gegenseitigen, wohltuenden Anerkennung. Ein Ort, den man immer wieder in die Fantasien hervorholt um für einen kurzen Moment eine kleine Reise in eine andere Welt machen zu dürfen. Ein Ort mit wunderbaren Menschen und wertvollen Begegnungen. Ein Ort, den man sich um ein vielfaches mehr auf dieser Welt wünscht und insofern sehr dankbar sein kann dort gewesen sein zu dürfen. Wir werden wiederkommen - sehr gewiss.
