Die Lage ist super, das Personal super freundlich, der Außenbereich genial. Das Appartement groß, gute Aufteilung. Ich schrieb nur, weil die technisch Ausstattung einfach hundsmiserabel ist. Klimaanlage im Eimer — wir kriegen ein schwaches Standgerät und müssen mühsam installieren und islolieren. Safe ist hin — muss umgebaut werden. Fensterläden hängen schief. Herdbeleuchtung hin, Stehlampe schief. Das Bad ist ein Witz. Klospülung zickt. Meine Tochter meint: "Ist das ein Notquartier? " Danke.

Grand appartement en duplex, 7 couchages, vue piscine. Cet appartement mériterait d'être rénové, tout est ancien, et il y a des odeurs de moisissures (notamment les couvertures mais aussi les draps). Il est cependant très propre. Literie vraiment pas top. Très bon emplacement cependant, commerces à proximité, accès facile à une très belle plage de sable, place de parking privée. Accueil très agréable à la réception de Playa Parc (fait partie du même groupe).

Plaque électrique 2 feux non fonctionne (sur 4), équipement cuisine vraiment très précaire, ménage très limite. Les draps non jamais était changé juste lit refait.

Punti di forza: struttura ricettiva collocata in posizione tranquilla, silenziosa; immersa nella natura che permette di godere di un bel panorama. Super consigliata la formula che prevede la pensione completa presso il ristorante a buffet convenzionato. Punti di debolezza: la struttura turistica manca di organizzazione, non c'è un'insegna che indica la reception, le casette sono sparse e lontane fra di loro; non ci sono giorni stabiliti e ben precisati per le pulizie. Gli appartamenti necessitano di un restyling; in quanto i mobili sono vecchi, rotti e le stanze hanno un cattivo odore. L'automobile è fondamentale per spostarsi sull'isola. Vale il viaggio: si, ma solo per il paesaggio.

Fuimos la familia al completo a principios de verano del año pasado. Primero el recibimiento de la recepción, lastima no recuerdo el nombre, pero era una chica alemana super atenta, fue espectacular. Es importante saber que el check in se hace en el hotel Playa Parc al principio de la misma calle. Luego los apartamentos son exactamente lo que buscábamos. Mi hija y mi hijo, que ya están grandecitos se las apañaron una con la segunda habitación y el otro en el sofá cama que dijo que fue la mar de cómodo y mi mujer y yo teníamos la nuestra. A decir verdad, estábamos poco dentro del apartamento. Sobre todo pasábamos tiempo en la terraza o la piscina para descansar después de la playa, con esas vistas y esa tranquilidad tan singular. Por último, una vez que descubres son Parc como lugar de vacaciones ya no quieres otra Menorca! Por eso este año hemos repetido!! Lástima que vinimos antes esta vez y aún no han abierto... Igualmente hemos reservado en el que está detrás y podemos asegurar que sumamos otra experiencia de vacaciones familiares con éxito rotundo! Gracias Son Parc!
