Séjour en mai 2024, hôtel vieillot mais propre,calme, personnel agréable que ce soit à l'accueil,les serveurs, femmes de ménage et animateurs. Belle plage accessible par une passerelle en bois à travers la nature depuis l'hôtel.Restaurant pas trop bruyant à cette époque,on arrivait toujours à se préparer quelque chose,petit déjeuner avec du choix, avec oeufs, pancakes préparés devant vous et même sardines pour les plus téméraires ! Piscines (2 +une pour enfants) un peu fraîches mais nous étions en mai et le complexe est arboré,ce qui est appréciable quand on n'a pas envie d'être en plein "cagnard". Possibilité de louer une voiture pour visiter une chouette île qui n'est pas grande et qui est encore préservée contrairement à sa grande sœur.Finalement c'était un bon rapport qualité prix ,nous pensons y retourner pour visiter encore un peu plus les environs,Ciutadella Mahon et retourner à Fornells qui n'est pas très loin de l'hôtel .

Beau cadre arboré, logement spacieux et fonctionnel. Accès direct à la plage. Piscine non chauffée et à l'ombre donc froide. Pas grand chose alentour. Vraiment très bruyant, musique forte à la piscine tous les jours. Spectacle en soirée avec sono. Chambre pas insonorisée (j'entendais le voisin ronfler...)

Lovely resort, ideal for children and close to the beach.
Pools are ideal for small children with a few slides etc.
Rooms are very clean and comfy. A bit of a lack of storage space, especially in the bathroom so there isn't any space to keep things. Otherwise very nice.

Famille et PMR
Super séjour en famille. Toutes les installations sont pensées pour petits et grands. Gros coup de coeur pour l'animation et en particulier Pauline du mini club.
La plage est magnifique.
PMR : l'hôtel nous a contactés quelques jours avant et nous avons demandé une chambre en RDC, ce qui a été respecté. Pour accéder à la plage, il y a quelques marches (4/5) et presque10 minutes à pieds. Il a des petites pentes prévues pour les fauteuils et une place de parking handi devant la réception.

A part la plage à proximité de cet hôtel, tout le reste laisse a désirer. Animation très pauvre. Le restaurant est vite pris d’assaut par des groupes de jeunes étudiants espagnols (50 environ) qui arrivent et vident tous le buffet. Notre séjour a été gaché par la découverte d’un rat dans notre appartement malgré la présence de notre bébé de 8 mois. Ce rongeur a tout souillé notre poussette, croqué les biberons, déchiqueté les housses et matelas. La direction de l’hôtel n’a rien voulu faire, je leur ai demandé des écrits et ils ont chercher à se dédouanner, et le voyageur promovacances se permet de nous faire une remise de 100€ sur un prochain voyage. Quelle honte ! A fuir !!!

Nice play to stay with two kids.
Apartments are comfy for 4 , beach is near the hotel, pools are great for children and the restaurant is quite ok.
