Per il prezzo speso ci si aspetta decisamente di più, camere vecchie, bagno osceno, niente aria condizionata. Iniziamo proprio male.

Tutto molto bello e rilassante, ci ritornerò. Pulizia e cortesia molto efficente. Vero non c'è aria condizionata negli appartamenti, ma si sta davvero bene comunque. Tranquillo e con autobus per Ciutadella,fuori dal Club, supermercato ben rifornito di fronte alla struttura vicino al mare. Bravi e grazie di tutto. Frog 2024

For such high prices, it's worth nothing. Starting because the apartments need urgent renovation, they don't have air conditioning and the outlets are so old that you need an extension cord to plug something in because the plug on some things doesn't fit. Also, the plugs are half hanging. There is no air conditioning, but there are fans. In the kitchen, apart from having little space, it does not have an extractor hood, only a pipe that faces the street. In addition, the sofa is very uncomfortable and rigid. The bathroom has absolutely nothing so you can store or support your things, and on top of that, showering is an odyssey since the bar that holds the shower curtain falls down, inside the shower you also have no place to leave anything supported and to make matters worse the temperature of the water goes as it pleases. As for the facilities, the golf course seen in the photos is dusty and cannot be used, but the pool is very large and there are usually no people, it is a very quiet place with several areas for children. The pool bar does not have a fixed schedule, sometimes there are three people when there are none and the girl who assists you at reception is very unpleasant. Not to mention that they say they have private parking, but the truth is that the parking you have is the one you find on the street.

Due to the carelessness of customers who leave them under the trees, the sunbeds have stains of bird droppings. The coves and the city of Ciutadella are easily accessible.

The plugs are old and need adapters. Sheets with some stains. Little toilet paper. There is no dryer. In short, a shanty is more comfortable.
