Amazing! Close to the mall! Walking distance! They give you chocolate cookies in the evening and coffee in the morning. No more music in the lobby though.

The hotel is well-equipped, clean and sanitary. The breakfast in the restaurant is also good. It's just that it's easy to make mistakes when checking out. Remember to double check your menu~

The best hotel I've stayed in San Francisco, Descent in the east, 2 minutes walk from Stanford Shopping Center, very convenient. It's just expensive, everything else is perfect.

I was speechless. I found blood stains on the quilt when I went to bed at night. It was disgusting. Because it was late, the hotel service staff had gone off work, and a front desk guy came to change the quilt, but he didn't know how to do it, so it was a mess. I thought this hotel was the best hotel in Stanford, so I booked it. The price was not cheap at all. The first night was more than 2,000, and the second night was 4,000. I was simply unable to complain. I was very satisfied with Ctrip's service. They responded quickly and handled it actively. It's out of reach. There's nothing I can do. American hotels are garbage! !

The room is satisfactory and the service is okay. The wrong person checked in for the Ctrip booking. It seems that the order connection needs to be improved.

Great location, right next to Stanford University. The room decoration is also very special, classical style. The only drawback is the air conditioner. It was broken before and it was very noisy after it was repaired.
