Though an old hotel with a squat toilet, this hotel provides excellent value for its price due to its warm service and convenient location near the train station. They provide free pick up and drop off service to and from the train station; the boss was also kind enough to take us to and pick us up from the Lao border for 40 yuan each way. Despite facing the road and hearing the morning roosters, the air-conditioning and strong water pressure made the room adequate for our needs.

The room is very clean, and the boss is very enthusiastic. He picks up and drops off at the station in person. The environment is very good, very quiet, and feels safe. I stayed in this border town for three days and felt good. I recommend this house.
