房間非常大。親子活動很多。可能是因為植物比較多，小動物比較多，還好沒進屋。服務人員的態度也很好，就是酒店太大了，效率慢很多，宋哥啥都比較久。

訂的是酒店別墅房，管家的服務很到位，雖然沒見到過管家出現，但晚上外出吃飯回到房間，管家已經把窗簾關上，打開了吊扇，把滅蚊器給插上，細節做得到位，酒店的總體服務看得出來挺用心的！衹是在歺飲方面還是有提升的空間，特別是要提高歺飲的性價比。

設施：很齊全有桌球桌，遊戲機，等等小童玩的遊戲。小孩喜歡不的不想走了。
衞生：環境乾淨整潔，有特色
環境：地處鬧市區，但很安靜，適合拍照
服務：一對一的服務，貼心周到，送了小火鍋料多到吃不完。
在店期間單次傣家閣咖啡、茶無限暢飲。

超預期的一次入住，雖然雨季的房間有一點黴味，但是優秀的工作人員們彌補了這一點不足，從管家的回覆、接駁車的響應速度到客房的打掃還有早餐都很不錯👍🏻尤其有個新疆籍的工作人員讓人印象深刻，恰到好處的待客之道，不會讓人覺得刻意，反而像是很久沒見的朋友一樣親切。雖然住的兩晚都是一直下雨，但還是覺得很舒服，能量有提升的感覺，下次還來，錯過的旅拍和spa下次補上😊

服務：服務很熱情，尤其是前台工作人員以及傣家閣的工作人員周到熱情！酒店接駁車接送來得很快！前往植物園就5分鐘，特別近！
酒店的奶茶旅拍也很棒！
白天逛了植物園，不想出去吃飯。沒想到酒店湄公餐廳的菜品也很有特色，很新鮮！
