Menghai Hotels with Airport pickup service

This has been such a wonderful stay! The hotel staff were so polite and friendly in every interaction. Dana, one of the receptionists, added me on WeChat at check-in and messaged to ask if there was anything we needed each day of our stay! (My Chinese speaking skills are not great.) The room was very clean and our balcony overlooked the pool. The breakfast buffet offered many options. The hot springs were very relaxing and there were many outdoor pools of varying temperatures, so it did not feel crowded at all. There's a wonderful 'park' about a five minute walk up the hill with a hiking trail that leads to the top of a hill/small mountain and offers a beautiful view. Very peaceful and relaxing. There are a number of hammocks and swings on the way to the viewpoint. There are also other places to walk, nice viewpoints, what looked to be an obstacle course, a pink sand area, and more at the 'park.' We chose to eat our dinners at nearby restaurants - there is one affordable lakefront restaurant about a fifteen minute walk down the hill that we liked a lot. The hotel has several golf carts that depart/arrive from the lobby entrance if you want them to take you to the hot springs or the restaurants area. You can call the hotel and they'll come pick you up as well. Although this hotel is not close to the main Xishuangbanna tourist attractions, it is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for fantastic service, beautiful facilities, and a relaxing trip. I would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful location, hotel rooms and staff service. Got offered a one way pick up to the hotel in the mountains. Lunch and dinner were not provided. But ample homemade rose cakes and bread with tea/juice were on offer. They also have a coffee bar on the top floor. Dinner and lunch were tasty but a bit on the expensive side. The hotel offers two activities one to the ancient tea tree in the afternoon and a mountain hike in the morning. Other activities include fire pit chats after dinner or tea tasting. The pool is really nice also.

Perfect location for a relaxing couple of days. Room on first night (queen bed terrace) was great with fabulous views. Frog was found in the bathroom but hotel staff quick to remove. Second night (queen bed outdoor bathtub) was worth the extra money for a much larger room which was a great location to have our friends over for games in the evening as the previous night outside was a bit chilly! Bath was great although more privacy is needed as only a small bit of rattan around it. Pool was open but too cold to swim, can imagine it’s great in the summer. During the day when sat round the pool, bit noisy as some building work was going on. Restaurant nearby was great. A highlight of the trip was being taken on walks by the owners dog. All staff members were friendly and attentive. Have already recommended to friends.

The Yaobala resort area where the hotel is located is very good, and there is a feeling of being in the European villa area, and it is like going to Southeast Asia. The boss is very nice, we arrived late, helped us introduce the place to eat; In the morning, I also personally cook and made us rice noodles, but in fact, our order does not include early. can say that the proprietress is not just as a business to run the homestay, but a part of her life.

The boss is a primary school physical education teacher and a cheerful person who loves life. It was already past seven o'clock when we arrived at the store. The boss was worried about us and made several phone calls to us. We can order the meal in advance. It tastes good and the portion is large. After the meal, the boss sang and danced. , performed Hani dance for us, heard us say that we wanted to see the sunrise the next day, drove us to find the way in the evening, invited us to drink tea when we came back, shared local stories, and introduced the tea-making process, which benefited us a lot. I must say that the boss's tea is delicious and the people are very down-to-earth. The big bowl of noodles for ten yuan for breakfast is very hot and very filling. I have always wanted to experience the tea mountain. This time, my little wish came true and I also felt the boss. What a joy to pass on, so lucky that the boss even lent us his family’s national costumes to take photos.

If you can't stand the crowds of Jinghong, come to Nanlu Mountain, there is a big surprise~ The staggered peak travel brought the children here. Although I stayed for one night, everything was beautiful. The manager took the initiative to contact the day before I came, asking for details such as pick-up, extra bed, taboos and other details. We drove up the mountain by ourselves. The child fell asleep on the way. When we arrived at the place, the boss Li Ge gave the child a small bed for the child to continue to rest. Just in time for the fifteenth of the first month. In the evening, I had dinner with Li Ge, his family and the eldest brother and sister of the Layi people. A large table of dishes, of course, and Lantern Festival. Everyone drank and sang and danced together~ Wake up in the morning sun the next day~ This Lantern Festival is beautiful and satisfying. I will definitely come back to see if I have a chance in the future~

Although this hotel is not big, the quality is really very good, especially the room is very clean, the bathroom is also a smart toilet, and there is a small balcony, it really feels very good value. The key service is very good. The front desk specially arranged to pick up the plane in Xishuangbanna. It takes an hour to get on the road. If the taxi fare is more than 100, I feel that this hotel is a very sincere service guest. The staff is also very good. The front desk brother also took some snacks for us to eat on the road. Very grateful!

The only homestay in the newly renovated Banzhang Village, you can drink the old Banzhang when you come to the house, a good experience!
