The hotel is older, but I got it because of airport accessibility. The staff was so sweet and helpful. The hotel supplied us what we needed for a few hours of sleep. Get a room away from the street

El hotel es muy lindo. Queda cerca del centro de la ciudad y frente a un parque muy lindo. El desayuno es simple, pero súper rico. Lo más lindo es la amabilidad y cordialidad de quienes te atienden. Algo para mejorar? La luz de la habitación, encontré la misma muy oscura. Y la ducha es realmente muy chica e incómoda. El resto muy bien.

Estuvimos 6 noches, la habitación estaba muy bien, siempre limpia, el desayuno es simple pero rico, lo único que si estas sin coche queda un poco alejando del centro, hay paradas de colectivos cerca, destaco la atención del personal en especial de Johana y Carla que nos supieron sugerir lugares para visitar. Volveria a ir sin dudas.

Viajé a Mendoza para subir Aconcagua y al finalizar mi expedición necesitaba un hotel donde quedarme. Afortunadamente un amigo me recomendó a Hotel Sienna. Desde que contacté a Enzo la atención fue de primera, siempre atento a mis inquietudes y resolviendo todo con mucha amabilidad. Durante mi estadía en el Hotel pude conocer a todos los chicos que atendían en recepción y la atención de ellos también era de primera. En cuanto al hotel, puedo decir que está muy bien ubicado, cerca al terminal y a pocas cuadras del centro de Mendoza. En cuanto al servicio del hotel: habitaciones limpias, ordenadas, aire acondicionado en buen estado, el desayuno muy delicioso (frutas, cereales, yogurt, variedad de panes, infusiones y jugos) todo a libre demanda. Quiero agradecer a Enzo, quién me ayudó en todo momento, una persona de calidad y con excelente trato. Definitivamente lo recomiendo. Nos vemos pronto. Gracias por todo!

En cuanto al hotel, es pequeño pero está bien. El personal es excelente, te atienden siempre con la mejor predisposición. En cuanto a la limpieza, es mejorable. Se encuentra ubicado a una cuadra de una avenida y tiene parques alrededor, la zona de noche es intransitada y algo oscura por lo que se recomienda ir en coche. No es Buenos Aires pero recuerda.
