For a 4-star hotel, it leaves a lot to be desired. Upon arrival they did not have our reservation, and although they said it was a Trip problem, they did nothing to solve it. We never had wifi in the room, we notified and they did not solve it either. The fridge in the room was unplugged... they never told us so we had to ask for room service with the extra cost that implies. The remote control of the TV was malfunctioning....they didn't solve the problem either....well...situations that you don't expect in a category hotel.-

5* very nice hotel, excellent location. Friendly, helpful staff. They upgraded my room to a suite with no extra charge. On the 15th floor the view was amazing. Breakfast was lovely. Usually I eat only fruits. They had a selection of 4-5 different fruits every day. 🤩

El hotel es muy viejo. La attention es normal pero la infraestructura es vieja. El restorante es viejo y tardan mucho en a tender. La habitation es pequeña y la Limpieza es normal. El Gimnasio es pequeño al igual que la Pileta. El precio no es barato. La Ubicación es buena.

Hotel que vale o que pagamos, um quarto luxuoso porém antigo, enorme parece até um flat, com uma sala com mesa com sofá e poltrona, geladeira, chaleira, quarto separado com cama king, bons lençóis que foram trocados sempre, banheiro grande com bide e banheira, uma vista linda da praça que fica na frente do hotel, bom café da manhã, com frutas, pães variados, frios, ovos, recepção atenciosa e ótima localização, perto das ruas mais movimentadas e restaurantes badalados da cidade, fizemos tudo a pé e ainda conta com mercadinho Carrefour na esquina. Pontos negativos são as toalhas que em algumas trocas eram mais velhas, travesseiros grandes porém finos, mas pedi mais um e fui prontamente atendida e o detector de incêndio em cima da cama tinha uma luzinha que ficava piscando, mas tudo isso não abalou em nada na hospedagem e voltaria com certeza.

Muito bom o hotel, apesar de antigo muito bem cuidado. Quartos espaçosos, cama boa e travesseiros confortáveis. As toalhas estão um pouco velhas precisam ser renovadas. Hotel silencioso, café da manhã bem servido, não como no Brasil, mas a estadia foi excelente e a localização perfeira

We liked the coffee, it was good, and so was the included breakfast. We would have liked the pool if the weather had been good. The shower was good. The bed was comfortable. The towels were a little on the older side. The room was clean and maintained. One of the toilet bolts was loose. In summary we enjoyed the hotel and we would return.
